The location is superb!

location was superb house was bright, airy and room enough for our party of 6 to not feel cramped

Sun, sand, and fish and chips. Spacious cottage and just 1 minutes walk to the beach. We will book for 2025.

Location was good as very close to everything

The beach nearby was stunning, and the village had such a charming atmosphere. If you're looking for a memorable family holiday, look no further than Hemsby! Spent our days soaking up the sun on the beach and our nights playing games at the amusement park in Hemsby. Perfect family holiday!

Overall we had a good long weekend break. Very spacious and comfortable and very close to the beach.

One highlight of our trip was exploring the stunning countryside of the Norfolk Broads, which was truly breathtaking and left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. We were also charmed by the traditional seaside holiday atmosphere of Hemsby, which provided a nostalgic experience and left us feeling grateful for our time spent in this lovely area.

Great communication beforehand. I would highly recommend this property. Just two minutes from Hemsby beach.

Location is great close to all amenities and beach. The house was great and deceptively bigger than thought when looking from outside more than adequate for the 7 of us. Is really close to Great Yarmouth. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to go back

Really nice area plenty to do beautiful beach

We wanted somewhere close to the beach, fast food outlets and arcades, mainly for our 15 yr old son as a post lockdown treat, and this was perfect. We were surprised by the size of the property for the price we paid. There were only four of us in the seven bunk property and this was spacious and think we'd manage with seven, just, we may take the grandkids there sometime.

Just got back from a 4 night break we know Hemsby well and have been coming for over 20 years normally stay in a chalet or caravan but this beats them all comfortable spacious and just lovely we have already booked again the only thing missing was a freezer but we managed

Very clean place. Really close to the beach. Lots to do if you visit in season and have a young family. Couldn’t fault anything. Parking was fine and we had two cars. Very simple to get the keys and lovely and quiet. Had a nice vibe to the place.

This property was great value for money. It was clean and had enough space for our needs. The location of this property is excellent being a stones throw from the beach, pub , arcades and shops.

Clean accommodation, handy for beech pub etc

Everything was spotlessly clean and everything worked. Just a 3 minute walk to the beach, and lots of places to eat nearby.

Lovely cottage - we had a marvelous time In Hemsby

I booked this property for a birthday weekend. The property is ideally situated so that you don't have to drive anywhere if you don't want to. The booking was faultless and communication was excellent. The closest well stocked shop is about a fifteen minute walk so bring what you need with you to get started. The beach is a two minute walk. The pub is on the corner and the amusements are about five minutes away. All in all a great little find. I would not hesitate to book again.
