Clean comfy accommodation Good value for money

I recently stayed in this caravan for 4 nights with my family and had a lovely stay. The caravan was comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Lots of space, beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and it really felt like a home away from home. The location was great, with the beach and local attractions just a short walk away and everything was straightforward.

Very modern, clean and welcoming!! Smelt fresh and was more like a home rather than a caravan. I really liked that there was a mini hair dryer for guests to use! There was plenty of parking which came in handy with the baby accessories etc. The master bedroom did have enough room for a travel cot.

It was a good-sized property which was clean and well-maintained and stocked with all the basics. The location within the park was good too, and it was a nice and big end plot in terms of parking.

Exceptionally clean

The size of van is good, the layout is good, good water pressure for shower, everythingthing that was provided was good. Would be lovely to book in the summer to sit on the decking. We went for the seal popping season, & was ideal location to walk along to Winterton.

Great base for getting out at exploring had everything you needed. Nice and warm inside for December too. Clean and tidy nice shower. Two toilets was a bonus. Great value for money.

The location was great, it's a small campsite with a small clubhouse. It was calm and peaceful. The caravan was lovely and the layout was spacious. It had a full size fridge/freezer, cooker, kettle and toaster. Good sized bathroom and extra toilet and basin off master bedroom. The TV was a decent size but only had selected channels. It had block paved parking for at least 2 cars, possibly 3 smaller ones. It was dog friendly.

Really really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, peaceful, and so much to do nearby. Will definately be coming back.

It was very clean nice cosy space. We came as a familly of 5 and a small dog plenty of space for everybody..... atractions within walking distance..... overall really reccomend.

Great little place, we booked as needed to be close to the airport for dropping my daughter for an early flight, very easy from here. Then a 5 min walk to the train station to check out London. Good amenities with Waitrose a 4 min walk away, Horley has a good small community and feels safe. The accommodation was perfect for our needs. Very clean, tidy and relaxing. Parking permit arranged for 3 pounds a night by Daniela without any fuss. Thank you for a very pleasant and trouble free stay.
