Just what we needed for a break away with our teenagers. Beach very accessible and the amusements were a hit with the kids. The caravan had all our basic needs. Pleased we had the map to find the place but once found we worked out the surrounding park so was very easy to do things. Definitely recommend the park for people wanting to escape their usual routine and enjoy sea air for a few days

The caravan had a lovely position near a lake, close to the beach and was very spacious. It was clean and well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this for a family weekend aaway near Southwold

One of the highlights of our trip was the range of activities available. The kids absolutely loved the pool, while we all enjoyed the stunning beach on Kessingland holiday park. there was always something to keep everyone occupied and happy.

Three generations and we found the kitchen and lounge area spacious. Beds extremely comfortable in both bedrooms.

The holiday park passes were definitely worth the investment, and we couldn't have asked for better weather. The sun was shining brightly throughout our stay, and we had a fantastic time exploring the beach and enjoying all the amenities that the park had to offer.
Feeling rejuvenating and refreshed us all. We're all feeling grateful for the small details that made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

The accommodation was excellent and certainly an upgrade on my last stay in a caravan. Literally looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Beach very close by and Great Yarmouth only a 10 min drive away. Great place to stay.

The site has just had new entertainment facilities which were very well kept and within 5 minutes walk from the caravan.

Easy to book your holiday on the site , it was followed up by a confirmation e mail very quickly. We were there to meet up with friends and family for a birthday celebration and only stayed a couple of nights. Location was ideal!

Good location on the caravan site, near the amenities, looking out into picnic area and pond. Caravan is well equipped. Beach is mainly pebble but dogs are allowed all year round, and is very clean. Good location to explore Southwold, about 20 mins away.

Great place to visit and stay

Caravan very clean, a few areas possibly, and while the caravan was a bit dated still comfortable and perfect for our stay.

We had a last minute short stay with our dogs - knowing the weather wasn’t going to be great but needing a change of surroundings after a long summer at home. Our needs were simple, just somewhere clean and comfortable to stay with nearby beach walks. , it’s warm and has all the creature comforts of a typical home. We had a small maintenance issue which once reported was very promptly attended to. Overall I’d have to say we were impressed and would go back. We would book an oversized caravan again as it makes like much easier with clothes storage etc. You’d need to be more organized than us to fill it to capacity.

Caravan was situated in a very quiet part of the park, with a close walk to the beach. We had a lovely break and had some great walks with the dogs by the sea.

A really great caravan that was excellent for two families with children - we are already looking at when we could book another stay.

The caravan was clean. warm and as described. The kids enjoyed the onsite club house and we even visited the local safari park.

Cosy little holiday home for a weekend by the beach.

The seating arrangement was perfect as my wife has a broken leg but was able to stretch out with her legs elevated, whilst watching the TV and DVD's. Plenty of space to spread ourselves out, comfortable bed, and well-equipped kitchen where we were able to cook a full Christmas lunch. Being pet friendly was a massive bonus as we like to take our elderly dog on holiday with us. We went prepared but would suggest future guests are warned that they need to provide their own toilet paper, washing up liquid, tea towels, etc. Outside door-mat would be very useful for bad weather. Would definitely recommend this accommodation and hope to return ourselves.

Just to say a big thank you to you and your team for our caravan holiday in Kessingland last week.
We really enjoyed our stay, the site was perfect especially its position with the beach and marshland on our doorstep with great walks.
The caravan was lovely and ideal for our dog with the lockable decking.
We were in much need of a break after our daughters wedding and this was the perfect place to be to recharge our batteries.
We are trying to re-arrange our weekend so that we can book up again at one of the sites in one of your caravans.

A very well kept, generously sized living area, with small, but comfy bedrooms. Location is great, a stones throw from the beach. Would happily stay there again.
