The position of the caravan on the site is exceptional. Kitchen well stocked, with everything you could need if you chose to cook. Fan was great in the heat. Main bedroom had a very comfy mattress and we slept well.

Our family recently enjoyed a truly wonderful holiday, staying at a holiday home that exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived to the day we left, everything was perfect, making it a trip to remember.

Lovely caravan, well presented and clean. Had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Great Seaview. We have stayed many times at Kessingland Beach and this is far the best caravan we have stayed in. Will be looking to book again in the near future.

The caravan itself was lovely, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay! Cleanliness was of a good standard. Overall the communication from 2c Holidays was amazing and they were super responsive and helpful when we had an issue on the park with electrics. Overall a fabulous few days and we would return!

Beautifully decorated and overlooking beach.

We were looking for a few days away at the seaside and this caravan was just the ticket. Lovely balcony with an uninterrupted view of the beach and sea. All facilities we needed were there plus some we didn't - it was very well equipped. Main bedroom was roomy with a comfortable bed and there was plenty of storage throughout. But overall a lovely location and we would happily come back.

The property is well stocked with what you need and has a dishwasher and washing machine which was more than we expected.
It was warm and the heating was easy to operate.
We found the property spotlessly clean.

A great 2 night stay here, the caravan had all we needed. An excellent location for being able to look out over the beach and out to sea and watch the sun rise. Would stop again.

Lovely stay at the caravan, area was quiet calm and relaxing and would stay again. Clean, tidy and modern. View was lovely and loved the balcony.

We had a lovely time away as a family of 5, (1 year old and 2 dogs). My parents came and joined us for a night as well which was really lovely. Everyone had a lovely time. Self check in and out made it hassle free. Would love to come again.

The caravan was very modern and clean. we loved it's position in the park with its sea views. the caravan was warm and comfy with plenty of hot water. it had a lovely homely feel. it was great value and we will definitely stay again *****

This caravan is perfectly located overlooking the lovely breach. The caravan is very luxurious and modern and the layout is perfect. The location of the site is great, the village of kessingland has a small shop, a restaurant and a couple of fish and chip shops. The site itself was quiet when we visited however I can imagine during busy times it would be quite the opposite. Amenities on site are average with the usual attractions, arcade, restaurant and swimming pools, nothing really gave the wow factor. The main attraction is the beach which is beautiful. You can walk for miles and it’s clean and tidy albeit it attracted loads and loads of dogs so if you’re not into dogs maybe not for you.

We had a great two nights and as soon as we saw the caravan really wished we could have stayed longer. It’s a great location overlooking the sea, the deck area with patio doors was lush. The caravan was more than we could have asked for, right next to the shop and not too far from the complex. Would 100% recommend to friends and family.
