Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS

For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.

For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.

For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.

For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.

For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.

Deposit Policy

BOOKING FEE - A non-refundable booking fee £15 is payable per booking

DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS - A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.

BALANCES DUE - The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

Lovley caravan very clean had everything you need .The location was perfect really peaceful and the views over the lake were lovley.Every morning the baby geese came over to see you which my daughter loved .would highly recommend this caravan for a relaxing peaceful holiday and not far from clacton seafront

Really enjoyed our stay bet, the site is peaceful and it was lovely to look out at the lake from the living area window. The accommodation was clean, simple but had all we needed. WiFi, hot water, heating, kitchenware etc was great, there were plenty of extra pillows too, my son was delighted to have a TV in the room he stayed in as well! Site is right by the train line, we were able to travel into Colchester and also to Clacton very easily. The restaurant on site is a basic menu, quite overpriced to be honest but we only ate here the first night before we got food in for the next day. We would look to stay here again!

We had a really lovely stay in the caravan with a gorgeous lake view. It was spotlessly clean and easy to find. The lounge/dining area was spacious and made it so cosy to sit and watch TV in the evenings. Free parking right outside was super handy, and the holiday park itself has a restaurant and bar (+ arcade, swimming pool and play area - which would be good for children). Check in and check out was easy. I’d definitely stay again. Thank you!
