Fantastic place, lovely and clean and spacious, lovely park, so close to the beach, lovely pool, very pricey restaurant and small shop but that's to he expected, loads of supermarkets close by which was a bonus would definitely stay here again!

Great location, just a few meters from the beach ?

The caravan was lovely, clean and spacious. It had everything we wanted. Short walk to beach for the dog with a coffee stop hut on the walk. Plenty of attractions only a short drive. Wish we would had stayed longer. Hope to return in the future.

Unfortunately we had to leave earlier as my husband was unwell. The accommodations was fantastic and well equipped, very comfortable, excellent access to the caravan. In a good location and beautiful surroundings

Lovely caravan. Great location on the site, two mins from the beach. Felt right at home. Would definitely recommend. The pitch is in an ideal location and secluded from neighbours. Would definitely visit again

We had a wonderful short stay at pakefield with my mum who is wheelchair bound and my sister Beautiful site exceptional unit which catered for all our mums needs. Ramp wide open bedrooms. Comfy beds. And fabulous wet room. We would certainly like to return one day. Many thanks.

We needed somewhere to stay for 2 nights in the area so it done the job. The caravan is clean and tidy, it's dog friendly and right on the beach with a nice walk. We slept well even though the beds aren't very comfortable.

Location perfect for dog walks. Great pubs, cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Caravan had all the necessities needed for a holiday.

A lovely stay

A great place to stay. The caravan was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location was superb. A nice, quiet caravan park with a heated swimming pool and cafe with bar as extras if required.

The park was clean, quiet and nice location to the beach but close to local amenities. Price was great and the staff on site were helpful and pleasant. Site was dog friendly and the shower station for dogs coming off the beach is a brilliant touch.

Everything was at hand if needed or required - transport wasn't required as the site provision covered all aspects, however if off site entertainment/activity was required then there's a myriad of facilities well within walking distance that provide a break if wanted away from site

Very quiet location given how close it is to so many facilities a short walk away. Spacious caravan, well equipped and nice and tidy. Very peaceful at night and close to the beach for a stroll. We would happily stay here again.

Lovely home. Perfect for what I wanted. Very fast WiFi, TV with Netflix etc. Nice comfortable bed. Huge fridge and freezer. Parking only 1 minute walk away.

The caravan was cozy and had plenty of space. The site was very close to the beach (5 minutes away) and had multiple ways to get down there from close to the site if you can't use stairs. Instructions sent on the email were clear and explained some issues the caravan might have and how to fix them (like how to change gas tanks if you run out, how to open the keysafe if it jams etc.) which I liked. Multiple shops nearby and a short drive to Great Yarmouths sandy beach!

We really enjoyed the caravan concept with enough lounge, kitchen and dining area to not feel cramped. A great concept. Size and value for money. Enough space to feel comfortable.

We had only booked a weekend away for my sons 18th birthday present which was a skydive, sad that we only booked a weekend as we really loved the place, the locals, the short walk to the beach, will definitely book again for longer

Staying in a cosy accommodation whilst visiting family in the local area was such a delightful experience. The heating kept us warm during the chilly nights and the location of the holiday park was perfect. It's definitely a place that we would recommend to others, especially during peak months when it's sure to be even more brilliant. My kids also enjoyed staying in the caravan and we had a quality time with one another without distraction

We had booked to stay in Great Yarmouth from Monday 10 - Friday 14 June but decided to extend our stay in East Anglia by 2 days from 8 June. The site was in a lovely position right on the beach with a nice little clubhouse with a pool table (which we love). You are pet friendly so our Cockapoo Molly dog came with us. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The caravan was obviously used and loved by it's owners, not a site caravan with no character. It was homely and well equipped over and above our expectations. We would recommend this to our friends/family. Thank you.
