Good location, close to the beach. Clean property and mostly functional

absolutely spot on, me & my daughter (surprise weekend break for her after school) she loved it (even punched the double room) but was great. few minutes and on beach, easily accessible to Hornsea, Bridlington & York. clean and warm (with heating on) perfect for a short get away. Will probably return

Location and size of caravan

Fantastic caravan, very clean and very spacious! Beds were very comfortable so had a great night's sleep. Tv came with free netflix which was a nice bonus. We had a brilliant stay, the site is nice and quiet, everything was perfect. Was able to use the sites club for an evening drink without park dean resort passes aswell. Would definitely stay again ?

lovely quiet stay here, so close to the beach for walks. handy little shop on site and has a nice playground for the kids too!

Caravan was great

Large spacious caravan, lovely comfy bed and pillows, actually forgot to get the brand from the label as they were that comfy. To say it's dog friendly, it didn't have that doggie smell at all was lovely clean and fresh

Nice place clean and quiet

Nice, spacious, clean caravan in a good location for exploring the East Coast. Located on a nice site with a lovely park and entertainment for the kids in between exploring the beaches and visiting nearby towns. Well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Good contact and information forwarded prior to our stay from the host. We would certainly stay here again.

Perfect short stay at this caravan. Spacious and homely feel. Easy to find and quiet site.

A lovely last minute family weekend away at the end of the Easter holidays. straightforward booking and check-in. More amenities than expected which was a nice surprise. Would love to visit again for a longer stay.
