⦁ Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, inclusive of children under 2 years of age.
⦁ Groups: Restrictions apply to all-male or all-female groups of three or more guests who are not immediate family or couples. Please contact us prior to booking.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS

For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.

For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.

For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.

For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.

For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.

Deposit Policy

BOOKING FEE - A non-refundable booking fee £15 is payable per booking

DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS - A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.

BALANCES DUE - The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

Lovely caravan and holiday park. Great pool with an outdoor one as well. Absolutely loads to do around Great Yarmouth, had a lovely family holiday thank you.

Perfect location

Perfect location and on the quieter park of the caravan park but only across the road from the main hub. Beach was 100 metres up the road and plenty of take aways nearby if you’re not up for cooking. Couldn’t fault the caravan, clean and well presented with everything you need. Wrap around terrace was perfect with seating and umbrella.

Clean caravan in the nicer part of the park, walking distance to the beach. Open top bus right outside direct to the pleasure beach at Great Yarmouth was handy too, leaves at least once an hour

All the facilities to make a breakaway a home from home. Location was good for us as it was opposite main site so a little quieter. Everything available that you need. Cleanliness was very good. Lovely seating area outside. Brilliant for several different beaches just a few minutes walk away. Would love to return at some point.

We had a lovely stay at 2cHolidays. it was the best caravan we have stayed in , the varander totally made it from having a tea in the morning with the sun beating down on you and a few forward hours to a "few" Alcoholic drinks 🙂 I'm pretty sure we will be back again.

It was a lovely caravan, very clean, tidy and spacious. Lovely homely feel in a quiet part of the park, away from the busier club house side. A short walk to the beach and shops etc. Very cosy beds!

Probably the best caravan I have stayed in. Spotlessly clean and great to have a decent sized shower. Great for families as well as couples. Situated 5 mins from beach. Lovely wrap around decking to sit and relax. Instant hot water. I would definitely recommend this holiday home.

Clean, perfect location. Very spacious caravan, would visit again. Staff at the site (Parkdean) were very friendly, and helpful. Shopping was only a few minutes drive into town. The walk to the beach (approx 5 mins walk) was wonderful. Very nice. Caravan was prefectly placed near the main facilities, not too far not too close.

California Cliffs is great for children, with so many things to see and do. We, as grandparents, were thrilled to take our grandchildren there. . The sandy beaches were perfect for building sandcastles and taking long walks. The children were overjoyed to have the opportunity to dip their toes in the ocean and collect shells. California Cliffs fantastic amusement park, where the grandchildren had a great time dancing, playing arcade games. The best part of the trip was watching the kids laugh and play, creating beautiful memories and unforgettable experiences.

The first time we managed to get away as a family was just brilliant in this luxury caravan and so nice to have decking too! We had saved up like crazy to make it happen and it was worth it. The location by the beach was perfect. we spent lazy days lounging around and playing games on the beach which was a two minute walk from the holiday park, and the evenings were dedicated to some good old-fashioned fun in the arcades. The fish and chips absolutely delicious! All in all, it was a great break that left us feeling revived and rejuvenated. We're already putting pennies aside for our next adventure in 2024.

Just back from a wonderful holiday in Suffolk. Absolutely first class booking experience and service from 2cHolidays.
Absolutely brilliant holidays with 2cholidays and it's brilliant .. we are now in our fifth year and loved the caravan spotless clean . Holiday park is lovely ... highly recommended. Really happy!
