Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS

For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.

For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.

For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.

For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.

For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.

Deposit Policy

BOOKING FEE - A non-refundable booking fee £15 is payable per booking

DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS - A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.

BALANCES DUE - The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

We used to be owners at Coopers Beach and the caravan we just stayed in was perfect. It was clean and spacious and we left it spotless and hopefully an easy handover for next people.

Amazing place to stay. Lovely and clean and smooth check in. Big decked area which faces the sun, great location too, not far from the club house. Highly recommend and will be back!

The space and location was great. My 2 kids and I really enjoyed our weekend away. it was raining the one day and there was enough space inside as well as at the parks entertainment area to keep us busy.

Our family had the funniest time during our recent holiday in a holiday home that was ideal for all ages. We were all so comfortable and had a fantastic time from start to finish. This was our fourth visit to the area, and it just keeps getting better every time. The property itself was absolutely amazing, and we enjoyed our stay so much that we've already asked to book for next year.

I was visiting family nearby and this was a perfect place to stay, clean, warm and had everything I needed. My dog enjoyed the veranda; it was warm enough still to sit out. I particularly like that it was in a space for private caravans so not too close to the amenities.
