Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS

For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.

For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.

For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.

For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.

For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.

Deposit Policy

BOOKING FEE - A non-refundable booking fee £15 is payable per booking

DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS - A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.

BALANCES DUE - The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

I stayed here previously with my grandparents and son, I was thoroughly impressed the first time so I booked for my own family for the 6 weeks holidays.

The bathroom drain smelled so bad when the water was running, the door handle to the main bedroom and bathroom are definitely in need of repair and same goes for the blind in the kitchen by the sink. You can tell it has been broken previously and just been propped back up and not fixed.

The mats in the kitchen and the bathroom mat need proper cleaning. I moved the bathroom mat to dry it and there is a white, dry substance all underneath which makes me think the bathroom mat doesn’t get moved when they clean the bathroom between customers.

I love the location of the van, the parking for our car was really safe and it’s a beautiful private area with a small brook outside (my personal favourite)

Other than the cleanliness issues, the caravan is a nice place to book.

I had a lovely recent stay at the caravan park. The caravan was beautiful, comfortable, and well looked after. The site itself was really nice, clean, and well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Luke at 2cHolidays was excellent — very helpful, friendly, and made everything easy from start to finish. I really appreciated his great service and would happily recommend staying here.

The caravan was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The view was beautiful, seeing alot of wildlife around the river. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
