amazing place to stay!!

We had a lovely weekend with our friends, the home was well equipped, tidy, clean and spacious. Location was perfect with a short walk to the beach, there is a pub just before you get to the beach where we had the most amazing Sunday carvery. We will definitely be returning in the future.

We had a lovely stay in this caravan. We arrived and where over the moon yo walk in to the place clean, and warm! The heating was on a timer so was a lovely relief after a long drive from Scotland to be able to come in and relax straight away. The extra touch of the extensive dvd collection is a grrat idea and we did take full advantage of it. Thank you and we will be back.

Close to the sea, it was really nice and clean caravan.

The position of where it was Quiet

All the amenities what’s required is present at this caravan, beach ,shops , city centre all at walking distance . So it was superb for us

We work away all the time and stay in caravans, your caravan is the best we've ever stayed in. There is nothing you have forgotten, it is like home from home. We will definitely be staying again in working locally. Many thanks

We have had a relaxing and wonderful stay in your caravan, thank you. We have stayed a few times at Suffolk Sands but have never stayed before in such a well equipped caravan. It has been a real delight. We have family in the area and it was great to see them in the daytime and know that we would have a good nights sleep and meet up again the next day recharged. Very peaceful even though close to the docks. We love Felixstowe and we would certainly love to come back to your caravan.

Thank you so much. We have really enjoyed our stay a seagulls by the Sea. Love the decor and the seagull them. We were very impressed by the amount and variety of DVDas, books and games available - this really helped entertain out three children (ages 8, 5 and 3).
We love how equipped the kitchen was and all the little touches everywhere to make our stay so easy and welcoming. We cannot fault it, you have thought of everything we could need. We would love to come back again.

Great value for money, and had everything you needed for a successful caravan holiday. Would stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a caravan stay in Felixstowe. It's in a great little town.

I liked the size of the caravan and that it has everything you need it has a good parking space and it's close to the shops and sea front.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay, caravan was as described, on site facilities excellent, would recommend and would stay again next year.
