It didn’t state anywhere on the advert on here (air BnB) about needing your own towels and bedding. We booked this last minute at the place we originally wanted didn’t have availability on 2 days of the week we needed. I understand that AFTER we booked it, it was sent in a message but at this point we had already packed and was pretty much on our way to the caravan. I even had a phone call from someone who works for the place and they didn’t even say over the phone! So we had stained duvets and pillows to sleep on which wasn’t great! I also messaged the cleaner who said this was a £60 fee on top of what we already paid just for bedding and towels! I think that’s absolutely disgusting.
Absolutely no toilet roll in the toilets. I mean fair enough if you don’t want to leave a few but at least 1 would have been great. The caravan also had a horrible smell when you walked in, on top of that all the glasses in the cupboard were absolutely filthy!

Shower was good, on-suit toilet was good and clean, Caravan was near nature reserve and beach.

The location was perfect and the caravan had good facilities. Plenty of storage and the availability of a washing machine is a great idea.

Perfect location. Fantastic variety of walks including the beach front , the port, the town, all in walking distance from the caravan. Great for dogs & families. Regarding the caravan itself, it has a lovely kitchen , good size table and good size shower, good size corner comfy couch and view of the sea .

Our third time staying here. Convenient for seeing my mum who lives a 20 min walk away in town. Nicely laid out caravan with dishwasher /washing machine, a good shower and additional en suite WC. Side and front deck with partial sea views which has the sun in the mornings and a neighbour’s lovely cat that visits for a fuss. WiFi is provided.

Good communication and instructions to find the location. Next to a busy road with cars parked all along side which meant crossing back and forth with little ones to remain safe.

I liked the proximity to the beach. I also liked the well appointed kitchen. If you were staying for a week, the washing machine would've been welcome. The staff on the helpline were good too. Very polite.

The caravan was clean and tidy the beds were comfortable. I loved that we had an on suite. The kitchen was very well equipped.. The caravan was a good size .

Accommodation was clean and tidy, location was great, easy to reach areas to visit. Local residents around accommodation were friendly too.

My daughter was over the moon. Was very nice and peaceful, location was perfect and kitchen area was lovely. The closeness to the beach, especially with having a little one. The kitchen/ dining area was lovely

Caravan was lovely and clean. Beautiful location and very quiet. Caravan was minutes from the beach and the conservation area. Felixstowe is a great place for families. It is so dog friendly you can take them in the shops, most restaurants and the amusements.

I like the location, it was interesting and an ideal base. Good local taxi's if you don't want to take the car out in the evening.

Great caravan with all you need for a comfy, relaxing, and enjoyable holiday. I would definitely book again....beach was a stones throw, and there are cafes and restaurants within a 10 minutes walk. It's a quiet place, but you can hear the docks from time to time, but it didn't bother me... very friendly and helpful site staff and other caravaners were chatty and nice. I didn't really want to go home !!!

lovely caravan in a great location. perfect for a last minute mini break with the children. just three rows back from the beach which the boys loved. inside the caravan was warm and cosy and well fitted out and felt pretty modern. overall a great stay and as it's only just under two hours from home we'll definitely be back again soon.

The caravan was beautiful inside, I was in the lap of luxury. So much space to myself and really clean and comfortable.

The Caravan itself, is spotlessly clean, quite modern and really spacious. Having a washing machine and dishwasher was very useful. there were enough utensils, crockery, pots and pans etc.
Both bathrooms are spacious and very clean and the shower is larger than some I have frequented. The main bedroom was a surprise with a walk in wardrobe.

Spacious, clean caravan, in a mainly peaceful area of the caravan park, with the sea and beach nearby, we could hear the waves from the caravan and even had a narrow view through the other caravans.

We had a wonderful time with our baby and can’t wait to come back again soon. All in all, our lodge holiday was a great success- we were able to take time out from our hectic lives, go somewhere new and stay together as a family. As amazing as it was, the cost of living had meant that saving for it was quite difficult for us. This made us cherish our time spent in the caravan park in Suffolk all the more, and we enjoyed watching our children explore and play freely in the sunshine. What's truly special about caravanning is being able to take your dog along with you too, both during this particular holiday, and on other occasions that are sure to come! Being able to spend some much needed quality time with those you love most is worth every penny, so for those thinking about taking a lodge holiday, it's highly recommended!

Had a great weekend break away. Lovely lodge on the seafront. Quiet holiday park near to the beach. Overall, I felt that I got a much better service than I was receiving on the high street.
Thoroughly recommend them 2cholidays. We will book again here.

Lovely modern well equipped and comfortable Caravan. Although we didn’t use them the dishwasher and washing machine were an added bonus. The Company 2c were very easy and professional to deal with. All good.

Caravan in a lovely quiet position and you could see the sea which was a bonus. Was great to have a small dishwasher, washing machine and separate fridge and freezer. Plenty of parking. We thought it would be noisy, not at all, it was lovely and quiet. There is so much to do all within a short distance, great cafe's (look out for Beach Street 5 mins walk) parks for the children, walks right along the sea front. It's an amazing base to discover the stunning Suffolk coast. Don't forget the docks too, we had breakfast there and watched all the activity. All in all a great experience.

Great stay at this place, really well cleaned by the cleaner, all spotless and even washing up liquid was provided. Letting agent's instructions are detailed and very accurate, easy to follow. Totally recommend.

Had a lovely weekend stay in this caravan. It’s so close to the sea and the beach is mostly sandy. Lots of seafront fun or you can chill in the caravan which is quiet.

The caravan is in an ideal spot for enjoying all of what Felixstowe has to offer. It is clean and comfortable and has everything one might want. It was my second visit and I will be back again soon - hopefully!
