Caravan was amazing especially for four as 2 didn't come. Roomy and clean with a lovely deck area.

The caravan was very clean and spacious. Great outside area and quite location. The caravan had a very homely feel. Endless amount of kitchen equipment. This is one of the best caravans we have stayed in, a bath in the bathroom was amazing for my grandson. Will definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay on this quiet holiday park near the sea. The caravan was well equipped and clean, with everything we needed for a short stay. We easily found the caravan and the key box, to let ourselves in. It is near a restaurant and cafe at the Sparrow's Nest park, also a small maritime museum. The town centre and sandy beaches are within walking distance.

Great location for coastal walks and the town. Clean and comfortable. Definitely worth a visit.

Was looking for a last minute family getaway and this was perfect! The place it was situated was lovely a minute walk from the sea front and everything was within a good driving or walking distance. The caravan itself was very clean had all of the facilities you would need and was perfect size could not have asked for a better place to stay

Location was great - right next to the prom and easy to walk into the town centre. Lovely park a couple of mins walk with an Italian Restaurant which we ate at on night one. Second night we got a takeaway from the Chinese about 10 mins walk away. Caravan was very well equipped for a short stay, great king size bed and lots of storage. Loads of hangers int he wardrobe too. We took our own bedding and towels. Great to be able to park right outside the caravan for loading/unloading. Lovely outside seating area which was safely closed off so our dog did not escape. Easy to get in with use of keysafe and great comms from the booking site made check in/out vey smooth.

We took a chance this year and decided on our first UK holiday instead of going abroad, and honestly, we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, everything about this holiday caravan exceeded our expectations. Great walks, beaches and places to go!

Had to make a mad dash to Lowestoft on a family emergency, so booked this en route. Got great instructions on finding the accommodation, entry and how to operate heating etc. The accommodation was more than adequate for our needs and the park was nice and quiet.

Was comfortable and good distance to where we needed to be and good walks for the dogs.

Had a really restful break, caravan park was very quiet, and other guests/ owners were very friendly. Would definitely visit again.

The setting was perfect, the large decking with a secure gate for my little doggies and with the heating being just right and the beautiful walks around the coast.

Fantastic caravan on a quiet, easily accessible site. Communications really easy to follow, no issues upon arrival, but if there were any concerns, numbers are supplied to make contact to resolve.
Visited mid August with the intention to do very little and visit family in the process, caravan was lovely, I believe my first words upon entry was ‘wow’ I couldn’t believe what we had for the price. We would definitely return if the price is right for us!
Opportunity for walks along the seafront, to sit on the decking and look at the stars, in our case we got to watch the moon rise which was a lovely moment with my family.

Although this was for a wedding so only for two nights I would have happily had stayed here for a week or two. Stylish, comfortable and very clean.

We felt relaxed from the moment we arrived! The home was in good order and provided all the requirements for a good break. We spent a couple of nights with our small hound, using the home as a base for travel around the area. The location itself is great, with a large private area for exercising dogs, a play area for kids, and a nice restaurant only a few minutes walk from the park. Overall, very happy!

We needed to vacate our house while the bathroom was replaced. We needed something local that was dog friendly. The chalet was much bigger than we expected, with separate lounge and kitchen, a good sized bathroom plus an en-suite shower and W.C off the master bedroom. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean and tastefully decorated. There was more than adequate storage space. There was a large enclosed veranda and outside seating, so very safe for the dog. There was parking at the side of the caravan.In winter a lovely quiet site, not too big and many of the residents seemed to live there.

Beautiful, clean and spacious caravan made for a great stay for our family and dogs included. Loved the size of the main bedroom and the fact that it had an en-suite shower room & an actual bath in the bathroom. Large kitchen and lounge area. Huge wrap around decking which is perfect for the dogs and kids. Honestly loved everything about it.

There's nothing quite like the feeling of getting some fresh sea air, and the beach is the perfect place to do just that. It's even better when you have the added bonus of a flexible arrival time and the convenience of a keysafe, as we did with this property. A big thank you to the owner and holiday company for making our stay so easy and enjoyable. It can be tough to find a top-notch holiday home that also welcomes furry friends, but we lucked out with this one. During our visit to the local area to see family, we decided to stay in a holiday park. We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodation - it was cosy, had heating and was located in a great area of the park. Even more fantastic was the fact that our children really enjoyed the caravan, and we were able to spend quality time together without any distractions. We played board games and cards, and even went on some nice walks along the coast. Overall, we would definitely recommend this holiday park and are looking forward to making it a regular breakaway spot. Though we visited during the off-season, we can only imagine how incredible it must be during the peak months.

This was our our FREE HOliday from a competition. It was evident that the owners took great pride in its appearance and upkeep. Every detail had been considered, from the tasteful decor to the abundance of amenities. But the real star of the show was undoubtedly the holiday home itself. It was nothing short of a dream come true - spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the modern amenities we could have asked for. The cleanliness of the property was particularly impressive, leaving us feeling right at home from the moment we arrived. We're not exaggerating when we say that we feel like we hit the jackpot with this property we even joked about packing up our lives and moving in permanently!

A few minutes walk from the Beach and from the site facilities in Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth e.g. restaurant, shop etc. There's a lovely veranda to sit out on. Communication and check-in was great. Our dogs and kids enjoyed this place.

Lovely cosy and homely caravan at North Denes and more like a country cottage. Great walk to beach easy dog thought it was the best holiday ever. Sulking since we came home will be back in September.

We had excellent communication with 2CHolidays before our stay and as we was leaving which made us feel at ease and they make everything just so simple. The caravan is amazing just as it looks in the photos, great location and spotlessly clean. We loved our strolls on the beach and sitting on the decking for breakfast.

Booked again for next year. We spent a day at pleasurewood hills which is just 8 mins drive away and there was a Tesco close by as well which meant we could pick up supplies on our way home.

So we wanted to have a little weekend away this year with the kids and thought Great Yarmouth would be a fun time away! Great location for fun fair and pleasure beach with other attraction around within driving distance and not to far from the caravan we stayed in. 2cHolidays was very helpful with our booking and answered all my questions.Communication and information provided was always on point. Lodge was spacious, plenty of storage for clothes. Had a really good holiday and will book again and again. When we arrived we couldn't believe how much of a lovely clean and tidy place it was and was very spacious also. Our children were happy to be close to the beach. The veranda was lovely to sit out on when the sun was out. The team was always on hand if we had any questions. We had a amazing stay and we shall book again later in the year and next year hopefully

We booked the property in order to catch up with local friends and enjoy coastal dog walks. It was a clear accurate listing of what we got on arrival. Simple booking process with great communication. Property was as listed, clean and tidy, in a great spot for the beach and within walking distance of local amenities if required. It was a very quiet spot. I am likely to use again and would certainty reccomend to others.

Amazing facilities, fully equipped kitchen, large master bedroom with ensuite and lovely bathroom. Great location, check in was perfect for us with the key safe so we were not restricted for times. It was a fantastic stay perfect for visiting family.

Beautiful and clean home away from home! Lovely caravan. If you are looking for some peace and quite with a night in a gorgeous Italian restaurant or walk around the small park and tea rooms then I’d definitely recommend. Yarmouth isn’t more than 20 minutes away by bus or car and you are a 2 minute drive from the town centre which makes stocking your fridge and cupboards up a breeze. Be sure to pack some bin bags though 🙂 kitchen is more than equipped and we loved the swivel sofa chairs! Balcony was lovely to chill on. Couldn’t figure out the WiFi... and phone signal wasn’t the best but managed. Overall lovely little weekend away to visit family. Great price x

The first question to ask ‘‘would you stay there again” has to be a yes. generally it does exactly what it was advertised to do & despite a few easy to combat niggles we had no issues with our stay. The helpline was needed to assist with a boiler problem on arrival. This was amazing, the engineer Paul arrived within ten minutes on a cold December evening to get the boiler re-pressurised using a special key, then we had decent heat after about 30minutes. I cannot fault them at all, the assistance was excellent. The actual unit was very easy to find on the park. The caravan was amazing in the layout, the utilisation of space, the amenities within, faultless. The lounge was of a decent size, kitchen area well laid out, main bedroom excellent very comfortable bed and both bathrooms perfect. The television, lovely Large and had all the available channels at our disposal without any issue. The caravan was 1 minute walk of the sea wall & a short walk provided a mix of shingle and sand, perfect to take your dog and to meet locals also out with their four legged friends! There is a large patch of common ground equally ideal for dogs to run. The town itself had seen better days, that’s owing to the depletion of fishing in the area & lets hope this skill can be resurrected in Lowestoft. The town is well served by many supermarkets and one is open 24/7. The overall stay was good.

Staying in this caravan was a lovely experience, a few little things such as the interior really made it a great stay. It was very spacious and the kids thought it was great fun! Not too far from the beach and fitted all the familys needs! It was also incredibly clean.

Lovely caravan and perfect for our weekend at a friends wedding. We chose it for location and value for money and it tucked all boxed. The campsite was very family orientated and quiet. Quick access to the beach front and handy for our friends house on Gunton cliff.

North Dene's caravan site was a great place it was close to the beach and walking distance to the shops also a lot of places to walk the dog .

We stayed here last year and on our return found things were as good as before.The home itself is very spacious with comfortable beds and a comfortable lounge.Everything was very clean.Excellent veranda to relax on in a quiet park with gardens and a cafe and restaurant a short stroll away.

We only stayed for one night but the holiday home was perfect for what we wanted and was very dog friendly. Great location for dog walks.

North Denes Caravan site is to the north of Lowestoft and is not a very attractive area, next to the sea wall. The nearest beach is only about a 10 minute walk away and the site is clean and tidy. The site shop was only open a short time in the mornings when we visited and there are no other amenities on site. However, the caravan was really lovely -clean,

Booked for a few days just for a 'getaway from it all' break, very impressed with what we found, clean and smart holiday home, very comfortable and on a quiet and presentable site. Weather was nice so made use of sitting on the decked area which was very spacious. Within short distance to plenty of pubs & restaurants and walking distance to Martellos which we visited for breakfast and very good it was too! Ideal location for a relaxing holiday!

Perfect little place, this Lodge was amazing value for money and we found that it was like Home from Home.Great service and would rebook in 2017.

The Caravan was large and roomy and comfortable for our needs. Decking was great, the dog enjoyed it and enjoyed watching the rabbits !!. The location of the caravan was good. The bathrooms and main bedroom were great sizes. Some lovely areas close by to visit.

We stayed here for 2 nights with our 2 year old. The beach is just a short walk away. The caravan park was very nice, well kept caravans and quiet location. There was a very nice Italian restaurant just over the way and a small park ideal for our little one. The caravan was really nice, beds and lounge seating very comfortable and our daughter loved the decking too. Only mark down with the cleanliness would be as there were a few pet hairs on the carpet when we arrived; however easily swept up. Great yarmouth is also only a 20 minute drive away.

I went with a friend and we had two dogs between us. The caravan itself was fantastic, really good size with a large enclosed decked area that was safe for the dogs to go out on.
