The position so close to the sea and beach was lovely.

Great location. Easy to locate, easy to use amenities. Could do with some maintenance, stains across living room carpet, table in living room cracking and sharp edges, rust across the main outdoor veranda, both cupboard doors in twin bedroom above one of the beds where lose and fell onto the bed… could job bed was empty at this point.
Touches up needed and required across the unit but overall ok.

Position of the caravan, by the sea, had quite a lot of cooking implements.

All mod cons. Large fridge/freezer, dish washer and washing machine. Very well stocked with utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Lovely caravan in a nice quiet location. Perfect for travelling around from.

Stayed a couple of nights with my son. Had a great time.

Listening to the sea break against the wall was peaceful and being able to walk up to the nature reserve was great!

Caravan in general was great and comfortable for what we needed for a short stop inbetween holiday family visits in the
Size, comfortable and the washing machine and dishwasher made life a lot easier.

It was a real home from home,so comfortable and so well equipped!

The property is in a great location just out of the way but still close enough to get into town on foot, and just 60 seconds to get to the sea from the van. If we stay in the area again we’ll definitely be looking towards this Caravan.

The lay out of the property, the fact it had a varander separate to the main door, the bedrooms were spacious and very very pleased it had a bath with and overhead shower as that accommodated for my autistic sister who can only have baths as she’s fearful of the shower and pleased to have an en-suite in the main bedroom as this accommodates for the amount of people having to share bathrooms

We highly recommend this holiday park to anyone looking for a relaxing break. Great caravan, very clean and spacious. Great Yarmouth is very close by and has something for everyone.

The caravan we stayed in was nothing short of great cosy, modern and equipped with all the comforts of a luxurious home. The decking outside added to the charm of the accommodation, providing a perfect spot to relax. Lowestoft is a great seaside town and we really enjoyed it.

During our recent trip to visit family, we opted to stay at a local holiday park, and we were pleasantly surprised by our comfortable accommodation. The caravan was nice and cosy, complete with heating to keep us warm during the chilly autumn evenings. It was situated in an excellent location within the holiday park, making it the ideal spot for our stay. We can highly recommend this holiday park for families, as our children loved it too. We had a great time playing board games and spending some quality time with our kids, free from distractions. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for us, and we're sure it would be even better during the peak months.

Enjoyed a 3 night family gateway before school starts. Lovely caravan which was comfortable and cozy for a young family.

Our baby's first caravan holiday was a success. Who knew our first caravan holiday together would be such an enjoyable experience? Looking forward to more! We were impressed by how clean the environment was - so much better than going abroad. This holiday was actually really great, we'll be back again this year and next!

So happy we found a way to take our bel dog on a seaside holiday with us this year. Definitely an unforgettable experience.
The caravan itself was, without doubt, the ideal dwelling for us. It was beautifully situated in a stunning location with plenty of excellent dog-friendly spots to walk. We relished the opportunity to take our dog on long, scenic walks and explore all of the breathtaking sights nearby. It may be a while before we can book again, but 2024 here we come!

The highlight of our stay was the breathtaking Norfolk Broads, which left us spellbound with its natural beauty. The calm waters and rustic vibe of the village was a welcome respite from our daily routine. We could not have asked for more as the trip was extremely affordable, allowing us to enjoy our vacation without any financial stress. The independent company we booked through was highly cooperative in helping us design our perfect getaway, making the entire process a breeze.

One of the reasons we had initially been skeptical about booking a UK holiday was the weather. We are used to sunny beach holidays, and we weren’t sure what to expect in the UK. But we were pleasantly surprised by how sunny and pleasant the weather was in Suffolk.. We were able to spend plenty of time outside, exploring the local area and relaxing in the sunshine.

It should be said how well the hosts communicated as well, giving clear instructions of how to check in and use the amenities in the accommodation - easiest check in ever experienced. The holiday home was exceptional.

A lovely home in a great location. Everything you need any site is only a few minutes away, as is the beach.
There were 6 of us, 3 adults and 3 children, and it didn't feel too cramped.
all in all, a great caravan on a good site. Would really love to book again in 2022.
