Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS

For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.

For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.

For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.

For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.

For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.

Deposit Policy

BOOKING FEE - A non-refundable booking fee £15 is payable per booking

DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS - A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.

BALANCES DUE - The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

Thank you so much, we had a wonderful 3 night mini break. Caravan had everything we needed. Beautifully clean when we arrived. The little extras tea, coffee, salt, pepper, washing up liquid etc were great. Biscuits also appreciated. All in all a fantastic break. Thank you.

We had the perfect holiday here! We stayed as a family of four with two adults and our 2 and 3 year olds, and it was ideal. The caravan was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the outdoor seating area, which was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The site itself was quiet, which suited us perfectly as we prefer peaceful caravan parks and enjoy spending our days exploring the local area. It's only around 30 minutes from Peppa Pig World, which the children absolutely loved, and they also had a fantastic time in the swimming pool on site. We also visited Royal Victoria Country Park, which was brilliant for young children with plenty of space to play and explore. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

Very clean , nice deck and comfy beds. Well equipped and a few extra touches like nice hand soap. Thick cushions for outside chairs and an air fryer.

Hi Sue, we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay as Solent Breeze. The caravan has been a great home away from home. All much appreciated. Had a swim in pool and visited Southampton & Portsmouth, plus a sneak trip to Cowes during stay. Would happily stay again if in the area. Thanks for your help.
