Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS

For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.

For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.

For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.

For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.

For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.

Deposit Policy

BOOKING FEE - A non-refundable booking fee £15 is payable per booking

DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS - A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.

BALANCES DUE - The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

On arrival, van looked ok on outside, when went in the carpet was stained and had bits everywhere, table was dirty, both bathroom bins had rubbish in one had a clump of hair stuck to the lid from out the shower, a medicine cap was left on the radiator with bits of medicine left inside, a dirty pair of trousers left in the wardrobe, empty pop can left in one of the rooms, brown stains on quilt.

It was a nice family getaway for a couple of days. Only a 15 minute walk from the beach which was really quiet and clean. Lots of seals swimming near the shore. Looked like the photos and was clean inside. Self check in is always a plus. We really enjoyed our stay!

The area is great if you want a peaceful walk in a very large quiet space. If you aiming for walk in a very clean sandy beach again it is great, 15 to 20 mints walk but you have to carefjlly select the date and watch the tide timing as the beach just disappear in plains and field and when water is back the way to beach is difficult. The caravan area is nice and much suitable for group of friends and families gathering. I noticed children activities as well. Very importantly you arrive day time as locating the caravan was difficult. Once found it the rest is easy. In general we had a very lovely peaceful time there
