Property location is very good.

It was nice and clean and was in a good area near the park, shop and entrance etc which was perfect for my 2 year old.

What I liked: The area where the caravan is located is beautiful — it feels luxurious and peaceful. The resort is fun, family-friendly and very comfortable. Lots of things to do, and the kids could play freely and safely. It honestly looked like something for rich people! The staff support was also excellent. I hadn’t seen the caravan number on the day I arrived, so I called, and they answered almost immediately — it barely rang. They confirmed my details quickly and gave me all the information I needed. Even though they weren’t on site (it was a 2CHolidays booking), they were super helpful and fast. Great service!and even forgot our air fryer there — that’s how at home we felt

Brilliant caravan, Everything was brilliant

Our family recently had an unforgettable time at this amazing UK holiday park, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice! This was our first UK holiday (we typically go abroad), and it exceeded all our expectations. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Whether via email or on the phone, everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience that much better. The prices for food and drinks on-site were reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise.

Lovely living room with comfy sofas. Nice size dining table with proper chairs. Nicely fitted kitchen with large fridge. Great location near amenities which was great for my friend with mobility problems

The ducks were friendly and entertaining it was nice and quiet area close to entrance

We loved the entertainment in the evening, lots of things to do with the family. The caravan is not too far from the beach front and entertainment. Lots of places to eat and drink.we required the maintenance team and they were straight out to support and very friendly.

Our holiday at Southview was made even better by the fantastic weather. I highly recommend Southview for a holiday that ticks all the boxes. Southview is the perfect escape. Serene lakes, friendly staff, and a peaceful atmosphere.

Very lovely, clean caravan - just what we wanted and more. We have stayed at the park a fair few times before as love this park, but this time went with a privately owned caravan - due to the dates we wanted - and we will definitely be using Holiday Letting / 2C Holidays again. A really easy transaction from booking to getting in the caravan to leaving. . I am looking to book our next holiday very soon!

I just wanted to share my recent experience with booking a holiday home through 2cHolidays. Not only did they provide great customer service, but it was such a relief to speak to a real person who really took the time to help us find the perfect holiday park for our family.

The caravan was beautiful, clean and couldn’t have asked for more perfect facilities. My children really enjoyed the stay and it was wonderful to watch them have so much fun on a break away. Would love to book for next year.

Can’t complain lovely caravan

Our recent holiday with 2cHolidays proved to be everything we had hoped for and more. From the easy booking process to the great customer service, we could tell that they take their customers' satisfaction seriously. . And the fact that we could choose the caravan we wanted made our holiday even more special. Southview Holiday Park in Lincolnshire had so much to offer, especially for my partner who loves fishing. The fishing lakes were just perfect for him. We all had a fantastic time and thanks to 2cHolidays, we were able to have a truly great holiday experience. We would definitely recommend this company and the amazing Southview Holiday Park to anyone who wants a hassle-free and enjoyable break.

Caravan is lovely, in a great location on the park, just a couple of minutes walk from the activity areas. Great communication from host we couldn’t have asked for more.

The perfect little getaway! The caravan was ideal for our family of 4. Very spacious and plenty of playing space for our 2 and 5 year old. The caravan is very well equipped and had everything we needed, which made life very easy. Nice to be able to sit out on the decking as well. It was also very tidy and spotless. 2cHolidays was good and really helped us! There is plenty to explore in the area. Lovely and clean as well. Thanks for letting us hire it. Would definitely rent again and looking to book summer 2022.

The property was very clean it was in a beautiful location the park looks amazing as soon as you turn into the drive like it so much we have already booked to go back next year for a longer stay.

A lovely place for a family break! So family friendly. We really enjoyed our weekend at this property.

On the flip side you’re as far away from the entertainment centre as you can get. There was absolutely no 4g or phone signal, if you’re going to need internet access then pre order the WIFI because it’s almost impossible to sort out whilst you’re there.

I booked a few weeks before holiday. Caravan park is run by Parkdean but is a nice site with this caravan located an a really quiet bit with its own little ponds. My grandchildren loved the visiting ducks. Accommodation was clean & no need to queue at reception when you arrive as renters facilitated key collection. There is a main bathroom and a second toilet off the main bedroom which is ideal with little ones who always want the loo at the same time. Love there is a little vacuum to use as I prefer sand on a beach not in my house lol. There were some little buckets & spades & beach chairs, but we had already packed ours. Kitchen has adequate everything but it’s a holiday, it was hot and I cooked as little as possible. There is a TV some DVD’s and a few games to keep you amused. There is entertainment on site - pool, bar, kids club, shows etc which you can purchase a pass for.

Absolutely beautiful, the owner has thought of everything we would need need to occupy of children to sawing items and medical supplies. Thank you

Very nice caravan close to everything well worth the money will stay again in the future

I am currently ‘living’ with cancer & wanted to visit Skegness as I have never been there before so wanted an inexpensive hassle free short break with my family After booking I received plenty of e-mails informing me of the check in process & was able to follow the information when we arrived at the site so it was easy to find the caravan with the map and it looked like the picture on the website The caravan was a pleasant surprise as it was very spacious & had the amenities we needed for the weekend. There was a large fridge freezer and the water/heating was easy to use as it was the same as one I’ve used before. I didn’t notice if there were instructions for other people though. The radiators kept the caravan warm & dried our clothes from the torrential rain we were caught in earlier. There was even a few board games which I haven’t played in years which we enjoyed playing one evening. We did not pay for passes to the Showbar as it was £60 but used the Boatyard pub further into the park as that was free with decent food & drinks The caravan was positioned in a pleasant area of the park with a pond & ducks not far from the entrance.

Caravan was lovely, clean and warm. 10/10 would stay again

The Accommodation was clean and tidy, on arrival we encountered food waste and butt ends on the grass area behind the parking area , right by the door area. We cleared this up. The Kitchen sink would not drain, but this was put right by 9.30am the next morning by the on site staff, The van is clean and we would revisit. Thank you for a very good site. The Woods.
