⦁ Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, inclusive of children under 2 years of age.
⦁ Groups: Restrictions apply to all-male or all-female groups of three or more guests who are not immediate family or couples. Please contact us prior to booking.
⦁ The lead booker must be aged 21 or over at the time of booking. Where the lead booker is aged 21, at least 50% of the guests in the party must also be aged 21 or over.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS

For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.

For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.

For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.

For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.

For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.

Deposit Policy

BOOKING FEE - A non-refundable booking fee £15 is payable per booking

DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS - A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.

BALANCES DUE - The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

Loved that it was so close to the entertainment area. Plenty of space between us all, bed was comfortable. The fact there was widi when was told there wasn't. Was alot to keep my kids happy

Our family visit to the local area was definitely made even more special thanks to our amazing and warm accommodation. . What we loved most about this experience was having the chance to bond with our children over board games and cards inside our caravan.
With nothing else to distract us, it felt like quality family time that was long overdue. We enjoyed our time so much that we are already planning a regular breakaway to this place in the future. We also found it peaceful to take leisurely walks around the coastal area.

We stayed at the caravan for 3 nights and overall it was a good experience.the caravan itself was a bit dated but it has everything needed for a getaway holiday.it was clean and access to it was easy and well organised.it was also located close to the entertainment venue,beach and reception which was great.would recommend to anybody lookong for easy break away.

Location was perfect because it was close to the facilities. The beach is not too far away. The swimming pool was amazing and the kids love it. Very friendly staff especially the guys who work at the pottery shop.
