⦁ Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, inclusive of children under 2 years of age.
⦁ Groups: Restrictions apply to all-male or all-female groups of three or more guests who are not immediate family or couples. Please contact us prior to booking.
⦁ The lead booker must be aged 21 or over at the time of booking. Where the lead booker is aged 21, at least 50% of the guests in the party must also be aged 21 or over.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS

For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.

For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.

For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.

For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.

For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.

Deposit Policy

BOOKING FEE - A non-refundable booking fee £15 is payable per booking

DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS - A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.

BALANCES DUE - The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

Comfortable and entertaining

It was comfortable. Kitchen had all the stuff we needed. Liked the fan according to hot day. Living room and patio was fresh and cozy. Property had a useful umbrella and entertaining board games which we all enjoyed. Also had iron which was useful too. Loved the small decoration pieces.

Fabulous caravan for a seaside holiday

A lovely comfortable cosy caravan in the heart of Seawick. The outdoor decking was perfect! This caravan came with literally everything you would need like games for kids to play! A toasty maker! Fans! Without a doubt the best caravan I have stayed in! Perfect location only a short distance away from shops and the entertainment. The host was polite and friendly 🙂 will definitely return soon!

We had the most comfortable stay. Home from home with everything you need. Lovely veranda with seating, comfy beds. Best stay i have had in a caravan. Will definitely return

Lovely caravan it was well equipped when we went it was cold Had to use the Heating all worked very well. It was nice to have the car parking next to the caravan the club house was good and lots of games for the family. The camp was kept very clean.

this was my 1st booking with Airbnb as I usually book with sites like haven or parkdean but no more, what a lovely caravan it had everything you could need in there had a real homely feel to it, the decking was lovely and the caravan as a whole can't be faulted.
