The accommodation is as listed and overall very good condition. This is a spacious unit with adequate cooking and dining facilities. The living area is homely and perfect for families. The wider park complex is efficiently operated and reception staff are friendly to Airbnb guests, for example: passes are required for entry into the Sports and Show Bars. Get these from reception with proof of your stay. Taxis - we used a company called Swan for all our trips, they were prompt and excellent value. Food - we loved the nearby Hong King Chef takeaway, they delivered our food quickly and handed the order to us personally at the main gate - I have to say it was the best Chinese food I've had in a long time! The chicken bar on the park site is excellent for quality and price. The main restaurant food menu looked great, as did the on-site fish & chips shop, but sadly we were not there long enough to do everything this time. A great trip and would go again.

if you like busy places with nice arcade , big bar,and good entertainment for your kids .that's the one. the caravan is very cosy, good price ,easy check in and out.

Overall, it was a fantastic holiday that was ideal for all ages in our family. We felt comfortable, relaxed, and entertained from beginning to end. We’re already looking forward to next year we’ve even requested to book again!

The property was decorated beautifully. It was like going from home to home. The beds were all comfy, the separate toilet was great, the kitchen well stocked with utensils, the big tv and the free WiFi is a great touch. We had the best caravan!

Extremely comfortable & clean caravan - one of the best I've stayed in, and would stay here again. The caravan itself was extremely comfortable & clean. There was plenty of space, and it smelt very clean & fresh - it was clearly well looked after. The outdoor pool was heated, and even though it was a hot sunny day - this was fabulous & very appreciated.

A delightful stay at this caravan that we would definitely be happy to repeat again.. The caravan was spotless and a credit to the owner. There wasn’t anything to dislike at the property.

Our recent family holiday was the best one we've had yet! We stayed in an amazing holiday home that had everything we needed for a wonderful time. The property was spotlessly clean and well-decorated, with plenty of space for all of us to relax and enjoy ourselves. The location was perfect, with a beautiful beach nearby and a charming village atmosphere. Great host and great area.

Very close to the swimming pool, restaurant and amusement park. Although there is no private parking space, the parking space is very close and not far away.

We have just come back from our holiday. So close to the amenities. It was so clean and easy to book. Would highly recommend this caravan and the private company we booked with. Loved it!

What's really impressive is that the price was really affordable for the quality of the accommodations. The fact that we were able to book through an independent company that took the time to ensure we had everything we needed for our perfect break made it all the more special. We had a nice mini-break, and we're already planning on coming back for a longer stay soon. Highly recommended!

We had the most amazing break at this holiday park. The paperwork and calls we received from 2cHolidays were really helpful and made everything so much easier. Our holiday home was really nice, comfortable and affordable. It was an added bonus being so close to the seaside, especially since we had long summer nights to enjoy. We're so happy we took this break and we're already considering booking our main holiday there next year instead of heading abroad.

We booked our holiday on any day of the week and that gave us so much flexibility. Big thanks to 2cHolidays for making it happen! The holiday home was simply perfect, and I was able to easily speak to a real person on the phone with any inquiries I had. The caravan provided ample space for me and my family, and we were able to truly relax and unwind in this charming location in Essex. The park itself had so much to offer, and my children were entertained throughout our entire stay. The customer service from 2cHolidays was truly exceptional, and I would highly recommend this amazing holiday park to anyone looking for a fantastic break away. I'm already thinking about returning to the same holiday home again - it was that good. And if you're looking for a fun day out, Clacton is just a stone's throw away. We are hopefully coming back to this caravan in 2024.

Great little caravan, very clean and perfect for a weekend break. Bedroom sizes were big, location and was great, right near to the bar, restaurant and pool. Local to supermarkets and Clacton beach only 5-10mins drive away. We had a great stay and would definitely return. Thank you
