We had a good 2 night stay. Great location in the park as it was very quiet and away from the main area. My children loved the ducks. Clean and had lots of dvd’s and board games.
WiFi was very poor but as we were only staying for 2 nights it wasn’t an issue. The double bedroom could do with a blackout blind as it was very light!
Would return again.

We had a lovely stay at this caravan. It was in a lovely quiet spot by a pond with lots of ducks and ducklings. It was spotlessly clean.

Lovely caravan in a quiet park. Can walk to Hunstanton easily enough. Kids enjoyed the visiting ducks. Caravan was spotless and nicely presented. Felt homely and well looked after.

We had a lovely couple of nights stay. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, had everything we could possibly need and we felt very much at home. Great location, very close to the beach and local shops. Clear instructions before and on arrival with easy access. Would definitely recommend and stay again. 🙂

Although we chose a very quiet week to stay (mid November), so found little to do at location. We couldn't fault the accommodation. Very clean and well equipped. It was lovely to have been greeted by the hoards of resident ducks each day. I'm sure children will love that! Unfortunately, due to poor weather, we didn't get to enjoy the decked areas. But coukd see it was ample with a lovely outlook over the duck pond. Would recommend.

The van it's self was lovely, very clean and spacious. The balcony & seat area is also in a lovely location which get's sun on for most of the day, with comfortable seating provided. So much so we have been 2 times to this same van in 2025.

We came to Hunstanton to visit watatanga wildlife park And Sandringham house. Enjoyed both visits and even the sun came out on Sunday

Lovely quiet position on the park, really nice caravan, well equipped with comfy bed and good shower. It’s nice to have the duck pond outside and was lovely chilling on the verandah after a day out. Short walk ( 20 min) to beach and 5 min to Tesco. Lots to do in nearby area for days out and lovely beaches.

A very cosy caravan, spotlessly clean and well-equipped. We loved the family of ducklings in the pond just outside the decking! Very quiet part of the caravan site and very near the beach and all the amenities. We'd love to come again!

Modern! Super clean! Albeit we went out of season there were still things to do with the kiddies, amusements, ice cream and the beach! The duck pond outside the caravan was a lovely touch which the kiddies loved! Would stay again

ood location, within walking distance from beach and local amenities. The holiday home itself was modern, spacious (family of 5 had no issues with space) clean. The kitchen was equipped with the necessities, bed were comfy. The weather was beautiful so we were able to enjoy the veranda with table n chairs. Passes for the site are a good price to give access to entertainement, restaurant and everything else on the site.
