This was exceptional, was well equipped with everything we needed, it was only a short break for my grandson in which he loved the DVDs very nice touch. Very clean and well situated to the shops and the beach. Will definitely be booking again in the summer holidays and will be recommending this to my family and friends.

The caravan was a good size for 2 people. It had a good range of kitchen utensils etc. The lounge was a good size and comfy. Good size second bedroom. Duvets were comfy. Good position on site. Easy access to van via a good non slip ramp. Parking available next to van. Facilities on site included a good size entertainment area (but didn't use). Easy to access site from road and close to main road .

It's not just a place to stay; this static caravan t's a home away from home. This caravan has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. This holiday park truly has it all, offering endless opportunities for fun and excitement. From swimming and great walks close to a coffee shop too!

Very spacious, nice and cosy. Lovely break would stop again and will be stopping again. The ducks was outside where we stopped so friendly and welcoming too.

Loved where our caravan was situated , lovely and quiet, loved the wildlife around us , saw a hare and ducks , and a deer.

Clean & tidy caravan, nice quiet location. Good comms with owner, code for key safe received a few days before arrival. Wi-Fi available from the site. All the facilities needed for a short break or longer stay. Only 5-10 mins walk to Tesco or the beach and there are pubs, cafes etc 10-15 mins in the town. Great value accommodation

We've stayed at a few caravans in the Hunstanton area and this was the nicest yet. Very clear info was provided, so no surprises. The place was clean, comfortable and spacious. Having the deck was a lovely touch, and it was easy access to the beachfront.

Beautiful caravan, spotlessly clean, spacious & very comfortable furniture & beds……Had all we needed for a 2-night stay! Lovely fitting on the veranda at night time with a cuppa!! Highly recommend!

The site had a bark and bathe section for you to shower the dog after being on beach Caravan clean and well equipped liked the ensuite toilet would definitely recommend to friends site near to beach, tesco,pub and Vegas chip shop which served lovely fish and chips.

All home from home comforts were there. Short walk to beach, fair and town. Could not fault it.

What was most impressive was the fact that the owners must take great pride in their holiday home at Manor park and every detail was thoughtfully considered. From the furnishings and made for a truly comfortable stay. We were delighted to discover that the holiday park offeredentertainment and had the flexibility of arriving any day with 2cHolidays which was a real bonus, which was incredibly helpful considering our busy schedules. The park passes were well worth the investment as they allowed us to make the most of all the activities and entertainment available on the site. Our family was also lucky with fantastic weather, which made our holiday experience even more memorable.

A lovely property in an absolutely great location. We were close to everything; shops, beaches, takeaways. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was big and gorgeous. Homely but also stylish- the perfect balance. Definitely would stay again!

I can honestly say that we had an amazing time during our recent break in Norfolk. The accommodation we stayed in was so clean and tidy, which made it feel like a home away from home. And being so close to Hunstanton beach was an absolute dream. We spent many days soaking up the sun and playing in the sea, with my family laughing and having a great time. It was actually our fourth time visiting this particular holiday park, and it certainly won't be our last. Both the park and its location are truly wonderful. The evening entertainment was brilliant too - my son and daughter had a whale of a time dancing the night away. I'm already thinking about booking another holiday here, either for next year or maybe even later on in the year. It's always nice to book a break through an small independent holiday company - they really do know how to make your holiday extra special.

Everything we needed for a lovely stay. Clean, comfortable and good location to beach and the town.
We enjoyed the decking area and sorting in the chairs provided.

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home. We slept like babies (the bed is super comfortable), the kitchen has everything we needed and it was extremely peaceful. Had a lovely stay, beach and facilities close. Didn’t use the park facilities though. Caravan clean and had everything we needed.

everything works, it is warm, dry and well located.
The static home had everything we needed for a good stay.
Great location (5/10 mins walk to beach and fair.)
Was just right for our short stay over Easter.
