Caravan brilliant. Very well equipped in every aspect. The lovely lady who we met when we left was lovely and very friendly and the caravan was lovely and clean which was a testament to her and also her colleagues.

Came for the weekend with my mum and younger son. On arrival really easy to get in and lovely and clean, thanks to the cleaer. Lovely smellys too! Everything you needed was here. Clean, comfortable and homely.

All lovely and clean when arrived and smelt lovely too . Very homely with lots of nice little decorations. Nice outside decking with comfortable seating . Loved the little ducks coming to visit. Shower had great pressure and read some reviews that it was either too hot or too cold ,but literally could easily change it to suit so not sure why they couldn’t . Liked that they had a hoover inside so could use that on last day to tidy up and leave it how we came in . (As best as we could)

The caravan was lovely, very clean with homely touches. It had lovely outside decking with seating and parasol. The site was very nice with an added attraction of a local duck colony which my daughter loved. Highly recommend the caravan and site.

The caravan was very clean, well equipped and in a good location.
There were games for the children which was a nice touch.
It was lovely to sit out on the decking with a drink in the sunshine. Hunstanton shops were easy to walk to and there is lots to explore by car in the surrounding area

Excellent location and very cute seagull theme. This is our second stay, we love this caravan. Little things were included which made our stay.

The static was great, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We had everything we needed for our stay. The 3rd party host communicated well and it was useful having notes inside the place from the owner. Clear instructions thank you. I would recommend this accommodation.

A fantastic caravan, perfect for our short stay. It was everything we needed and was in a perfect location. I've been coming to Hunstanton since I was a child and so it has been special to bring my 2 boys this time. My only gripe is not being able to stay for longer! We love that you accept dogs as so many places don't - it wouldn't have been the same without her. Will look to book again.

Nice stay, clean and well equipped. Call maintenance as shower was very hot and they came and fixed it very quickly.

This is our 2nd stay at 45 Balmoral, or as our family have come to know it as the Seagull Caravan. We absolutely love it here and purposely booked again. The little touches like washing up bits, loo roll, DVD player and board games made it really easy to settle in and enjoy family time from the moment we step through the door. Our girls have loved waking up to the gulls and ducks by their window. They named the local gull 'Stephen', he is a menace but we love him. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The beach is absolutely stunning, and there's plenty to see and do in the town itself. Our travel agent recommended the perfect holiday home for us, which was cosy and comfortable. We absolutely loved Hunstanton and the beach, and we're already planning our next adventure with 2cHolidays!

The caravan had lots of additional items supplied like DVDs, games, washing up liquid, sponges, salt, pepper etc.... It was nice to have 2 double beds!

Had a mini break, caravan was lovely and in perfect condition. So close to the beach and funfair! If you're looking for a takeaway definitely recommend star pizza, it was amazing and very tasty. Our dog really enjoyed it also, will definitely come back again. Did not use the on site entertainment but had a look and was very interesting, filled with arcades, swimming pool, restaurant and show bar. Thank you for a lovely time

Staying at this location was an absolutely perfect experience! We were able to enjoy the beautiful sights of Norfolk including Sandringham. and some amazing walks on the beach. The cleanliness and overall comfort of the place made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed watching the sun rise from the balcony while sipping our morning coffee. It was a great place for both children and adults alike, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We loved it so much that we've already told all of our friends and family about it, and we can't wait to book our next trip back! Thank you for such an amazing stay.

The site was great, our caravan 45 balmoral was in a perfect spot, a bit quiet, and out of the way and perfect for our 7 month old puppy. The caravan had everything we needed, and was homely and cosy. The main area of Hunstanton was a short walk away.

Very clean and comfortable. Impressed with tv, WiFi, and cd’s provided. Good location on site and very quiet Clean site and grass all cut . Provision of recycling bins excellent. We had lovely time at Manor Park.

Thank you for having us! We had a lovely weekend away. The caravan was very clean on arrival and was cosy! Our two young boys were delighted to see there was a selection of games and DVD's to keep them entertained. Would love to return.

Nice big roomy caravan. Had everything we needed for our weekend. Have stayed in several other caravans on this site but this was the best yet.

Our recent visit to the holiday park was truly enjoyable, as we had the chance to spend some quality time with our family in a cosy and comfortable accommodation. The heating system works perfectly fine, and we found the location to be really great. Even though we visited during the off-peak months, we have a feeling that the place would be just as amazing during the peak season. It's worth mentioning that our children loved the caravan, and we had a great time playing board games and bonding with them, without any distractions. Overall, we highly recommend this holiday park, and we're already thinking about making it a regular destination for our breakaways. It was a truly lovely experience that allowed us to create new treasured memories with our boys.

This caravan was great for a little break for the new-year. Very nice touch with a few Christmas decorations & fairy lights. The hosts were very responsive & helpful. Higher recommended.

During our recent visit to the local area to see family, we were lucky enough to stay at a lovely and cosy accommodation in a great area of the holiday park. With heating to keep us warm on chilly nights, we were able to fully focus on spending quality time with our daughters, without any distractions. Our children especially enjoyed the caravan, where we played board games and cards, creating cherished memories for all. We were delighted to take some time to explore the stunning coastal walks in the area, making the most of our picturesque surroundings. We would definitely recommend this holiday park to others and hope to return ourselves, perhaps making it a regular breakaway in the future.

Lovely caravan, booked a last minute stay to visit Thursford with our 7 year old daughter. We have a static in North Wales, so used to our home from home. It's not very often we stay elsewhere but our daughter said the van was the best ever!

We've all had another amazing stay in your beautiful caravan. Comfy, cosy and very clean. We spent our four days lazing, laughing, visiting coffee bars, and of course, bars! Sealife was a highlight and also a little trip on the Wash Monster was a treat!

Had a lovely three night stay. We brought a dog, so the decking was perfect! We did not use the on-site complex, but places places to eat that allow dogs are Waterside Bar, Old Marine, Wash and Tope and Honeystone pub. Thanks for a lovely stay.

On arrival at Manor Park, we were blown away by the stunning scenery and atmosphere. The facilities and amenities offered by the resort were top-notch and really contributed to our enjoyment of the holiday. The accommodation was exactly as described on the website and fully met our expectations. We were especially impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail in our room.

When we finally arrived at the caravan, our party of four was overjoyed to find that it was a stone's throw away from the beach. With ages spanning from the 36 to the 60s, finding a location that catered to everyone's needs was nothing short of a miracle. But this caravan was perfect, delivering everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable escape.
One of the most impressive aspects of our holiday was the cleanliness and tidiness of the park. It was a joy to walk around and take in the beauty of the surroundings. Me and my family and I had a lovley time and lovely location in Hunstanton. The sandy beaches, sparkling waters, and delightful scenery provided us with the perfect backdrop for some much-needed family time. Our holiday home was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. During the day, we enjoyed building sandcastles, taking long walks, and playing games on the beach. Meanwhile, the evening entertainment kept my son and daughter occupied, and they both had a lovely time dancing and making new friends. Overall, we had a fantastic break, and I am already looking forward to booking another holiday here in the future. Pleasantly surprised on arrival at how spacious the living area was. The double beds were very comfy and the caravan was a cosy place to escape the bad weather we unfortunately had. The selection of dvds and games were a nice touch. The kitchen had all the dishes and pans etc you could need for self catering.

The location was superb, with stunning views and a beautiful beach just a stone's throw away. The kids had a blast playing in the sand and splashing around in the sea. Evenings were spent dancing and enjoying the entertainment, which was a hit with both young and old. This was our fourth time visiting this holiday park, and we can confidently say it won't be our last. The value for money is exceptional, and the booking process was so easy through the 2cHolidays website. We're already looking forward to booking another trip here in 2024.

Once again another great stay with 2C. The caravan was lovely. Warmed up in minutes on a cold night. Lovely time of the year. Very peaceful 2c provided excellent weather. Sunny but windy.
