The property was very clean and in a great location

The position on the site is excellent for making the most of Hunstanton’s beach, fairground and the centre. We had 4 nights with our grandchildren (9&11) they loved it.

The caravan was in prime location on the park, very clean and we paid extra to have the beds made up, as were arriving later - beds were very comfortable and the caravan felt very homely. The whole family loved it and we will definitely book on again.

Accommodation was spacious, tidy, easy location to where we wanted to visit, RHS Flowrshow at Sandringham. Good size fridge/freezer and if required laundry facilities.

It was a well equipped, comfortable and clean caravan which met all our needs and more. Perfect for a quick getaway. Such a shame its so hard to secure again.

Just returned from a lovely few days away in this luxurious caravan. It is beautifully presented and has all the necessary equipment to allow you to fully self cater. It is located near to the front of the site so only a short walk to amenities, shops and the beach. It is well located to explore the North Norfolk area too. As we visited in early March, the site was extremely peaceful and we had the added bonus of the sun shining so we enjoyed eating outside on the decking. Communication with the hosts is excellent. We shall return and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending to others.

absolutely stunning property. I have stayed in many holiday homes over the last 20 years but this one was so impressive, beautiful and homely definitely my most favourite . when I'm in this area holidaying again I will be seeking out to stay here ? 12 out of 10

Beautifully laid out caravan with pillows and duvets provided. Scrupulously clean and fresh smelling throughout. Warm and cosy with piping hot water (wonderful showers btw).

A great 2 night stay.

Beautiful accommodation which was clean and roomy. Perfect location which was a short walk local facilities. Plenty to do in the surrounding area. Easy to find and access following instructions email from host. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Excellent location and the property was very clean and comfortable throughout. We seriously couldn't fault it and we would definitely use it again next time we go to Hunstanton.

Nice place, good location ?

We stayed at this caravan park while attending the Heritage Live concert in Sandringham, and it was a great choice. The location is really convenient — just a short walk to Tesco and not far from the beach. The accommodation itself was a pleasant surprise: beautifully kept, homely, and very cosy. There were six of us, and it fit us perfectly. It was a little tricky to find at first, but the reception team were very helpful with directions, so it wasn’t an issue. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay and would happily come back.

We had a lovely few days here. It’s a perfect location if you have children. We paid for an early arrival and late check out which was definitely worth it. It was clean and had everything we needed for a self catered break! We will definitely return.

Nice caravan, decking wraps all the way around from the from living room to the front door. The kitchen equipment is well supplied, pots, pans, oven dishes, oven gloves, plenty of cups plates and glasses. Ducks visit from the ponds on the site. There is a small wood chip kids playground which can be seen from the van. Right next to the entertainment venue. No shop onsite but a Tesco down the road.

The property was very clean and well appointed. It was located in an ideal position to explore Hunstanton and North West Norfolk.

Caravan was mint. Everything was brilliant. Easy enough in regards to checking in and out.

Lovely modern caravan, very well equipped. WiFi available for free as a basic package when you sign up through the caravan park. Great position on the site, Tesco & the beach walkable in about 5 minutes. Highly recommend.
