Had a great brief stay for four people. Caravan is tired. However it was very clean and the check in was super easy. Great location for Heacham beach.

Easy to access, good location

Property has everything you need for a stay, was really clean. Excellent location as for us mane thing was easy excess to the beach. Loved that they got dog wash as well. Quite and safe place.

Caravan was lovely. Price was extremely reasonable for our family & caravan had everything we needed. I contacted the host regarding a few bits beforehand and they were extremely quick to respond. Check in was really flexible as we weren’t getting there past 7. Easy to find & instructions were great. Caravan was really clean and had everything we needed upon arrival. Location was nice, very quiet & peaceful. Few bits to do in the area for the kids but wasn’t busy, we did also drive 10 mins to Hunstanton for arcades etc.

The size and location of the van was brilliant

The caravan is well situated and well quipped. The beach is literally a five minute walk away. There is a comprehensive manual inside the caravan.

We booked this caravan for a two nights stay with friends. The caravan was very well kept and very clean. We booked the bedding package, and thought this was very good value. The facilities in were as expected and all we needed. It suited 4 adults with plenty of space for us. The beach is a very short walk away, and a very well served cafe there too.

Perfect location, close to the beach. Comfortable caravan with everything I needed for a few days stay with my dog. WiFi was great. Good TV, and great kitchen equipment. Great communication from owners/booking company.

Location was great, quiet

We had a fabulous weekend stay in a great location near the beach, we didn't want to leave. The place was cleaned really well prior to arriving and really well stocked with utensils, cleaning products and tea and coffee. we would definitely recommend and would love to stay again, thank you for having us in your family caravan!

After months of saving up, we finally treated ourselves to a well-deserved break by the beach. It was our first holiday in awhile and we were determined to make the most of it. The location we chose did not disappoint with pristine sands and nice beach at Heacham it was the perfect backdrop for some much needed relaxation. We even had some extra cash to spare for some classic seaside fun - arcades and fish and chips aplenty! The memories we created during this trip will forever be etched in our minds. As we head back to reality, we plan to start saving up for our next adventure in 2024. After all, there's nothing quite like the excitement of planning and anticipating your next holiday!

What a lovely cosy spotless caravan. Lovely site and lots too do. Would definitely go back. Grandchildren loved the pool and play area., They also loved the kids entertainment every night! Thanks to the owner and to the letting agent for a great service.

cannot express my gratitude enough for the truly delightful break my family and I enjoyed at our holiday home in Heacham! The value for money was absolutely incredible, and we were blown away by the incredible amenities available at the holiday park. The kids were thoroughly entertained for the entire duration of the stay and we got to relax fully, taking in the breathtaking beauty of Norfolk. Heacham itself provided a perfect backdrop for our family to create memories that will last a lifetime. We can't wait to return!

Excellent accommodation for the money, much better than we thought it would be, close to the sea, bus service was good, we didn’t use the on site facilities so can’t comment on those.

Beautifully clean caravan with excellent location on site close to shop and amenities. Communication was excellent and the caravan has everything you'd need. We had a day at Hunstanton which i would recommend. 5 stars all round. We would love to come back to Heacham every year!

Good dog friendly caravan.
Great for local access to the beach, would recommend Wells next the sea, Holkham and Old hunstanton beach as well for days out and dips in the sea.
Great time had and would love to book again very soon.
