Beautiful caravan. Great location

The caravan was in nice quiet location but needs some TLC and maintenance as the net curtains were all ripped when we arrived and also it had not been cleaned to the highest standards there was still rubbish left by the previous people and the windows and outside of the caravan was very dirty, also the baking trays were full of grease so had to wash before we could use them.

Toaster was also broken so was unable to use, the entrance door had also dropped so there was gap at the top of it even when it was closed and locked.

There was also a problem with Ants in the kitchen food cannot be stored on the side as the ants will infest it.

We have cleaned it so it cleaner than on arrival, wouldn’t recommend unless the place had some maintenance.

A great stay and very well equipped clean caravan with sea view - everything we needed for a peaceful long weekend away.

We had a fantastic time. The location of the property was brilliant. It was so clean and spacious. All the little extras too- like dvds, all cupboards clearly labelled etc. would love to stay there again 🙂

We loved that we could see the sea , wasn’t expecting that as it wasn’t mentioned in the advertisement. Fabulous location, really quite which suits my family & I

Self catering caravan was very clean, well equipped and the two toilets were very welcome with 2 grandsons.

Great clean facilities, everything we needed and we could also see the sea from the patio doors, the site itself was great, good Resturant if you want a break from cooking, lots to do for the children, great dog walks. If you fancy going off site to eat, we highly recommend The lodge at Woburn farm just a short drive up the road, food was amazing and you get to eat in a giant teepee ☺️

Our first family holiday we had amazing time! We decided to stay at Broadland sands and it did not disappoint. Great holiday home and really enjoyed everything about it!

Lovely van, great spot with some sea views. No problems with van. We found it clean and comfortable for our short break.The site is lovely, we didn’t use the pool but as it’s a smaller site it felt better maintained. We had a few drinks at the pub which is nice, if somewhat overpriced. No shop onsite either but plenty of supermarkets near.
I would recommend this van for a family of no more than 5 for a short break-thank you!!

We were impressed with how accurate the descriptions were on their site, making it easy to find exactly what we were looking for. We can't wait for our holiday and will definitely use 2cHolidays again in the future. Five stars all around!

We had a great stay, quiet park, sea views and roughly a 1.5 mile walk to closest beach access (according to signs at the park) The caravan was clean, everything was as expected and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Absolutely stunning caravan, and location away from the busyness of hopton holiday site yet close enough to go to the arcades. The beds we so comfortable perfect for me and my family. My two pups also had an amazing time walking all around the site. Friendly staff and people who helped us look for one of the dogs tyst decided to take himself for a walk. I will definitely be booking for a longer duration next time!

The van was In a good location right by the sea it was nice and quiet. Not far from all amenities. Would recommend there was everything you need for your holiday the van was fully equipped.

Our caravan was almost brand new, so clean and comfortable, our holiday was excellent and the park catered for children in every way.

After spending countless hours cooped up at home, it was such a relief to have a break and enjoy a family holiday together. We couldn't have picked a better location than this brilliant holiday park. From the moment we arrived, there was an endless amount of entertainment and activities for all of us to enjoy. We all had such a great time and spent good quality time together. One of the true highlights of the trip was the amazing theme park, Pleasurewood Hills. It was simply exhilarating to try out the rides and attractions and experience that feeling of pure excitement again. On top of that, we got to explore the idyllic seaside of Great Yarmouth, which was simply breathtaking. We all left with a sense of fun and can't wait to come back in the future.

We had the best family time this week away from it all on a caravan retreat at Broadland Sands Holiday Park. Super clean holiday home, great communication throughout & highly affordable too much appreciated. We would love to book next year.
