WOW!!!! Lovely caravan!!! and friendly park. Sat In beautiful setting on edge of park. Dogs are very welcome, and plenty of doggies about on park too, really nice to see family bring their beloved pets! ..... i didnt use the Amenities on park but i pipped in to have a peek, wow! Lovely lovely.....go see for yourselfs.

We decided to stay at Broadland sands and it did not disappoint. Great lodge too. So very spacious and clean. We will book again for 2025.

As on previous stays we were aware of the caravan location and accessibility to the cliff for walks and the scenery.

Position of the lodge was very quiet and full sun all day

Location, cleanliness on arrival, lovely kitchen and dining area. Generous size main bathroom, good size bedrooms.

t's always great to have some time away and my family and I recently enjoyed a fantastic break at a holiday park. My sons birthday was the perfect excuse for our getaway, and we were blown away by how much there was to do. We all had such a great time and spent good quality time together. One highlight for us was the theme park, Pleasurewood Hills, which provided endless thrills and excitement. But we also loved exploring the seaside town of Great Yarmouth, with and bustling promenade. We've already decided that we'll definitely be coming back to this brilliant holiday park in the future!

Very efficient service. The website was very easy to navigate. Great location, perfect for families. With 2 young children this caravan is ideal, the fact that the balcony made it great for us to watch our child play safely. The host answered all our questions and made us feel so glad we picked this caravan for our holiday. Very much recommend this stay, especially for children.

The accommodation is spacious and clean. The decking area is secluded and not overlooked. It is well equipped and in a lovely peaceful location central to beaches etc. Booking was smooth and no waiting for keys.
