The Caravan is more like a lodge and is lovely and spacious and modern throughout including lovely walk-in showers. Loved the little touches like the little lights and biscuits left for us and the place smelt lovely. The beds were very comfy and the large bedroom had a lovely on suite bathroom. As the lodge is on a private road in the park it felt very private as the only cars coming through were staying there. The communication was excellent. Would definitely stay again worth every penny.

lovely caravan, always warm and plenty of hot water. exceptionally clean. We went out of season to walk the coast so the caravan park being shut wasnt a problem. We just needed a clean convient place to stay.

Spotlessly clean, well equipped, comfortable! Probabaly the nicest caravan i've stayed in, decent phone signal for me too so wifi not required. Could not fault it, heating and shower worked perfectly well once i sussed it out.

The interior of the chalet caravan was exceptionally nice .....just to our taste. It was really well equipped. The standard of windows and doors, blinds and curtains was really good....again unusual in a rental property in our extensive experience over sixty years. The TV was good quality and for us two was large enough and we used the DVD player every evening having brought our own stock of discs. There was adequate parking alongside the decking for a single car and the two chairs and a bench outside came in useful during our fine weather. The property lighting inside was exceptionally good. All in all ....we'd consider renting it again as it was nice and close to The Broads and the lovely countryside of North Norfolk.

Our caravan was spotless and I can’t fault it at all. Everything looked fresh and new. Plenty of room, didn’t feel cramped, there were two of us in a two bed van with a patio to sit in the morning and after noon sun. King size bed was very comfortable, not too firm or too soft. Plenty of kitchen space and plenty of space in the bedroom for clothes etc. showers were great, good pressure. Evenings were colder this time of year and the heating only needed to be on for a half hour to heat the lounge.

This caravan was absolutely stunning , really clean and spacious. The site was quiet and calm too , there's a lovely quiet beach just a 5 minute walk down the road and convenience stores close by The caravan had everything we needed and we couldn't have been happier with this booking , and they were dog friendly which is a huge bonus

Better than expected. We’ve used Vrbo for many years and this has to be the cleanest yet. Lively and airy, nice big bedroom and bathrooms, hot and powerful shower. Lovel walk to California Tavern for their amazing carvery. Close to beach and very quiet location. Perfect

This stunning lholiday home is a true gem. we knew immediately that it would make for the perfect getaway. The thought of exploring the stunning Norfolk coastal scenery, collecting beautiful shells on the beach, and enjoying some quality time together in a spacious caravan filled us with excitement. We couldn't wait to get away from the hustle and bustle and just focus on the simple things that truly matter: making memories and bonding with our beloved grandchildren.

All in all, it was a wonderful and memorable caravan holiday. After months of saving, the hard work paid off as we were able to enjoy quality time with our family and create lifelong memories that will stay with us forever. We had not had a holiday for four years! I'd highly recommend anyone who's looking for a low cost escape from the ordinary to try a caravan holiday you'll be surprised how much you can discover and create! A caravan holiday truly is the perfect mix of comfort, affordability and adventure.

It felt lovely and open not squashed at all, very clean with lovely homely touches.

There is plenty of space in the bedrooms The mattresses were very comfortable. We will definitely stay in this caravan again. There is also a beach within a couple of minutes walk from the site.
An excellent place for a holiday with children (or, in our case, grandchildren)

There were so many lovely places nearby to visit, and our family and kids had a truly great time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to book a holiday home they really do go above and beyond to ensure their customers have a wonderful time. We loved this caravan! Super clean , comfortable, spacious and modern.
It looks exactly like the pics! I felt right at home from the moment I arrived.
The beach is a 5 minute walk and there are shops, fish and chips , bakery and a tea room all within walking distance and you also have access to California Cliffs park.
Great Yarmouth is a short drive and there’s a Tesco and Sainsbury’s close by too ( 12 min drive ).
We will definitely be back ??
