Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS

For bookings made directly with 2cHolidays, please notify 2cHolidays as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled.

For any cancellations where just the deposit was paid, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.

For cancellations of bookings more than 6 weeks before the arrival date – any payments made can be transferred to an alternative booking within 12 months of the cancellation date, subject to availability. An admin charge of £20 will also be applicable.

For cancellations of bookings within 6 weeks of the arrival date – any payments made cannot be refunded.

For bookings made indirectly with a third party booking agent please contact the booking agent directly for their terms on cancellations.

Deposit Policy

BOOKING FEE - A non-refundable booking fee £15 is payable per booking

DEPOSIT FOR BOOKINGS - A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable immediately to confirm a booking and will be deducted from the total amount due.

BALANCES DUE - The balance of the booking will be due for payment not less than six weeks before the due arrival date. If by 6 weeks of the arrival date a balance is still outstanding, any remaining balance will be automatically taken from the payment card on file which was used for any previous payments. If the remaining balance cannot be cleared by 6 weeks before the due arrival date the agreement is in breach and the booking will be cancelled. Any payments in this case that has already been received on the booking will be retained by 2cHolidays.

Modern with everything you need for a short stay. Beds super comfy and space outside for kids to play. Parking right outside the property. Couldn’t ask for more as far as accommodation goes.

The chalet was clean and well presented. Everything we needed was available and the customer service team were on hand with fast replies. We even asked if there was availability for another night but unfortunately it was already booked. Will definitely be staying here again. Enough space for 6 of us and didnt feel cramped.

Property was well equipped, all kitchen utensils you would need, washing machine, outdoor toys, chairs & board games. Comfy stay very clean, hoovers supplied, £10 on electric lasted us all week. The staff at K entertainment was great, went out of their way to make it enjoyable for the kids, all got up & danced at the end of the evening, Keith is great! Very welcoming staff, great prices!

The chalet was spotless, lots of extras such a windbreak, deck chairs, buckets and spades and games. Good airer too for drying towels. Great heated towel rail which we used to dry swimwear. Even a toddler toilet seat integrated into the adult seat. Plastic crockery for kids too. Really lovely little arcade on site too

Very clean accommodation a loved holiday home you can tell. There were lots of games inside for the children, and it was lovely to see toilet roll hand wash and other useful bits on arrival.

We couldn't have been happier. The quality of the property, along with the furniture etc was fantastic. The price and location was outstanding. It was truly home from home. It was by far the nicest place we have stayed in the UK. There was not one issue, everything was perfect Will 100% stay here again, can't actually wait to confirm a date and book again.
