Close to beach, lovely little complex. Enjoyed our stay

It was a decent sized Caravan, it had a shower, which was separate from the toilet, which was what I was looking for. 3 bedrooms which I wanted. A deck at the side with proper steps. Tables & chairs on the deck so we could sit outside.

A nice pleasant stay. Very close to the beach. As advertised, there isn't any wifi.

it was a wonderful stay. accommodation was just perfect for what we wanted. very peaceful. just minutes from the beach walking and just a bit longer in the car to the town. we want to go back again

Perfect base for our long weekend trip to explore Hunstanton and the North Norfolk Coast. Conveniently located not far from Hunstanton Centre, close to the beach - just across the road and up the steps up the embankment. The park is small and quiet - much quieter than its larger neighbour.

we liked the location and the fact it had a balcony and separate toilet and shower

Dog friendly. Had a gated veranda, although lock to gate had duck tape on. Plenty of room, central heated with gas fire if needed. Seating available outside. Parking next to the caravan. Lovely quiet site on our visit.

The caravan we stayed in no 13 was brilliant very comfortable and clean. Lovely and peaceful. Enough parking for 2 cars. We we're pleasantly surprised because there were t towels and washing up liquid. The cutlery very clean and plates and cups also.

The caravan was a bit dated but clean and comfortable to stay in, had everything we needed. We stayed in a caravan in the corner, which was great for privacy and as we had dogs with us. The caravan park was lovely and quiet, and only 5 minutes walk to the beach, and far enough from the rides to not hear them.

Dog friendly holidays don't get any better than this! The beach is just a minutes walk. My dog loved it all! Great fish and chips too.

Lovely and helpful telephone attendant to help us book our holiday. . We visited several restaurants and cafes during our stay, but one of the highlights was the fish and chips served at the local chip shop.

Really pleased with the property. Plenty of room and really clean. The site was small, well kept and peaceful. It was a lovely 25 minute walk along the prom to the town centre.

I booked this for my parents and they had such a great time. They said the people on site were so helpful and friendly, the caravan was so spacious and comfortable and that they just had a great week away. Thank you.

The caravan met most of our main requirements and provided a good degree of standard and comfort (we did bring a number of fans however to combat the effects of the July heatwave which helped a lot). The caravan's location is just a very short walk away from the sandy / pebble beach via a handy public walk way which cut between another caravan site. The sunsets were stunning as the beach faces west making the evening dog walk along beach / promenade very relaxing.

Really easy process, from booking to checking in. Everyone was very friendly, the property manager even gave my daughter a birthday present. So nice the family we were visiting wanted to stay with us. Booking again for Aug 2022.

We had a very enjoyable, comfortable stay. Great quiet location with everything you need like shops, beach, arcades, fish & chips all close by. Simple check in and check out. Already thinking about a return visit next year!

Location was great. The key was ready in the door for us and we spoke to a couple that appeared to live on the site who were friendly.
Over all a great little site, nice walking distance but far enough away from the noise. We would return

Having not stayed in a cavavan for over 30 years I was pleasantly suprised. Very quiet area and convenient for the beach. Dogs welcome as well.

Absolutely everything you need for a family seaside break. Minutes from the beach and easy access to the town and wider area. The caravan site is small, quiet and well kept. The caravan itself was in great condition and very comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Small quiet site only a minute away from the beach. 10 minutes walk to the local Tesco and a nice pub. 20 minutes walk into Hunstanton along the front. Caravan clean double bedroom reasonable size two twins a little cramped but standard for these caravans. Living area comfortable.

Lovely stay. 2cHolidays were informative about the stay even though I reserved it a day before going. The couple running and acting as security at Lee's Caravan Park were kind and easy to get on with, and very welcoming. Location was a 2 minute walk to the beach and about 10/15 minutes away from the main Hunstanton town centre. Caravan itself was clean on arrival with everything we needed (except bedding/lining, which is understandable and in the information on the booking terms). Enjoyed our stay there.
