The interior is very pleasant and exceptionally clean.

Very clean and well equipped. Good base to look around west Norfolk.

The caravan had everything we needed and was very clean.

For families travelling with children, there’s plenty on offer too such as playgrounds and parks that kept our little ones entertained throughout our stay. The beach is a minute walk. Meanwhile, Heacham and Hunstanton offered a traditional seaside holiday atmosphere that brought back many fond memories for my family and me.

What I can say is booking was quick and straight forward with all the relevant information easily available. Very reasonable prices. Good location close to the beach. Property was a little dated but well maintained. The site was kept clean at all times by the ground staff. Handy shop and chippy close by

The location was excellent - the house is in a really nice area in Hunstanton with a few pubs within walkable distance. Hunstanton is brilliant. Overall, really impressed!! Would definitely recommend.

Great 3 night stay with my daughter and dog. Caravan was very clean, well equipped with all you need for a stay. Was welcomed on arrival by George, who is onsite manager, and sorts out any issues you might have ( we had none!) Site is nice and quiet about a 15 min walk along the promenade to Hunstanton. Beach is across the road , and through a cut through, takes about 3 mins! What more could you ask for? We enjoyed the fabulous sunsets of an evening walking the dog. Tesco is 15 min walk from site, in case you need some last minute things. Would definitely recommend and stop again.

It’s a small, quiet and friendly place. The site was very well managed and the lady let us check in early as the caravan had already been cleaned. Even though it states you cannot get into the caravan before 4. The caravan itself (number 7) was clean, spacious and tidy. The shower was AMAZING, good power and very hot. We could have stayed in that shower for hours after a morning on the beach. The double bed was very comfy. The duvets were brand new as there was one still in the packaging in the wardrobe. You just need to take your own covers/towels/tea towels.We would defo stay here again!

Caravan was clean, in a nice quiet location and a lovely walk to the centre of Hunstanton. Would come back again!

We stayed here as a family of 4 with our 5 and 3 year olds. Although the caravan is dated in decor it was very clean and fully equipped with kitchen appliances, plates etc. It is just back from the sea so an easy walk to everywhere. It is a very small site with only about 10 caravans, so nothing on site as such but it is so close to everything it doesn’t matter. Would stay again.

Perfect place to get away for a few days, very nice staff

Lee’s Park is a great location, perfectly situated for the dog friendly part of the beach, and promenade. It is a small site which is nice, but we were right next to the campsite which as you can imagine half term and early morning there are lots of children awake at the crack of dawn. The caravan was kitted out with everything needed, double bed was comfy and seating. We had a great mini vacation. Thank you.

Ideal location for exploring North Norfolk coast, and the caravan is in a very quiet, small site right next to the sea. A couple of minutes walk to the beach and an easy walk into town. The caravan was bigger than we expected and had everything we needed. We will definitely book here again.

on our arrival ,we were greeted by george and eve,who were really nice and helpful,even asking if we needed anything from tesco as they were just going out.The caravan was spotless and had everything you needed to cook up a nice meal,we met bev the owner who was lovely and had a lovely personality making us feel very much at home,the site is very quiet which suited us,somedays you could almosy hear a pin drop.We had 4 lovely days here and will be returning soon,thankyou to eve,george and bev for a really lovely time ,sadie and andrew
