The caravan was located on a small quiet tidy site located with a 1 minute walk to the beach located beyond the sea wall. Excellently located, Southward is several miles of dogs allowed beach, A five minute walk northward takes you to the funfair, amusement and snack part of the sea front. Well equipped clean caravan. The description on the website undersells it, A perfect base for us, Grandparents, almost teenage grandson and our dog. Recommended!

I had a lovely stay at the caravan with my 2 dogs. The caravan was spotless and had everything I needed. The caravan is situated on a small and quiet site, only 5 minutes walk from the beach. We enjoyed breakfast in the nearby Ski bar and cafe. Tescos is walking distance too. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet seaside getaway.

Lovely Caravan, lovely people, great price and will definitely back!! Owner was very helpful and freindly felt like we'd known her for years and made us feel right at home. Was there for 4 days and spent most of our time on the beach, we usually camp so it was nice to have some luxury to return to at the end of the day, with a game of cards and some food to cook or deliver.

what a lovely quiet and peaceful site , close to everywhere and so close to the beach , there's a big Tesco just around the corner and the town centre is about 3 / 4 minutes away , we really enjoyed our holiday there .

The caravan was in a small caravan site not far from the town so we walked there everyday, I love Hunstanton, the we were really luck with the weather, we went for the carnival which was great.

Enjoyed a couple of nights here, caravan was a great base for a dance competition we were attending in the area. Clean and well equipped, would stay here again.

Close to the beach and quiet

I was pleasantly surprised with how much we enjoyed staying here. It was clean and and comfortable. We felt very cozy.

Our recent trip to visit family in the local area was made even better by the lovely accommodation we stayed in. The caravan was cosy and warm, with a great location on the holiday park. We especially loved that our children enjoyed it too, spending hours playing board games and just having quality time with us. There were no distractions or interruptions, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. We would definitely recommend this holiday park and can only imagine how wonderful it must be during peak season.

It was a straightforward process to find and book.

A family consisting of 3 adults, 2 teens, 1 child and 3 dogs! We had an absolutely lovely time. The 6 birth caravan was ideal for us. Beach is a 5 minute walk away. The beach sunset for the 2 nights we stayed was gorgeous and plenty of photo opportunities. The caravan site was perfect for us. Small and considering it catered for kids and dogs, it was actually really quiet!

Lovely little site, located close to the beach, some of the best sun sets we've ever witnessed. Caravan was spacious and tidy with 2C's which was handy and with all facilities one needs. Brilliant location!

Spacious caravan , had everything that we needed , it was very clean . The site is small and friendly only about a 3min walk to beach, long flat walk along the prom will take you to shops, swimming pool, boat rides small fairground and arcades, lovely walk to see the cliffs.

Very nice caravan, will defo be back

Easy to find, nice space, close to links with A149 and Hunstanton close. Great communication throughout. A lovely weekend here and everything was so easy and straightforward, from booking to getting the key. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything we needed. The staff were all lovely and very helpful.

Everything you could want for a relaxing stay by the sea. We really enjoyed a break here near Hunstanton. The caravan was very clean and felt very spacious. Would use 2cholidays again too. Many thanks for a good break away.

The Lees is a fabulous family friendly van site; the van was super clean with everything we needed. Fully recommended for a family break and easy booking system on the website.

This a cosy little caravan in a good location only a couple of minutes walk from Hunstanton town beach and pier. It's a little old and tired but perfectly comfortable and is a good base for exploring the local area.

Really enjoyed our stay, right next to the beach. The couple that manage the site are fab, nothing too much trouble..

We paid for linen as an extra and all beds were made up and fresh. 3 minute walk to the beach, perfect for our 4 and 9 year old grandchildren.

It's the best place we've stayed for location and everything! Will definitely rebook.

Just back from three nights here. We couldn’t have been happier and we were so sad to come home! The beach is on your doorstep which was brilliant for my little toddler. Also really near to all other amenities, including the promenade, fun fair, arcades, town centre, fish & chips shops! The caravan itself is dated, but was fine for what we wanted. Theres plenty of room and you’re not under each others feet. Everyone was also so friendly which added to the loveliness of this little break away. Would recommend.

The welcome was friendly and helpful. The caravan was very clean and tidy which was important to us. The site was small and positioned perfectly for walking the dog and just a short walk away from the beach and amenities. Thank you for a lovely short break away.

Lovely comfy caravan older style but still very comfy and comfy beds . 10 min -15 walk to centre 2 min to beach . No facilities on site so really just a base but obviously knew that when booked good price will def book again but caravan with grass as just gravel next to this van

We were two families with two kids and we stayed for 3 nights at a caravan in Hunstanton and it was just lovely, the kids adored the place and the amount of activities for them were amazing.

Can't complain about 2cholidays, communication was good and even helped when I left my medication behind.

We really enjoyed our stay in this caravan. It was an ideal base for our family. We slept well on the beds and the sofas and dining area were comfortable. It was in a nice quiet location and had everything we needed for a relaxing quick couple of nights away. We felt relaxed and rested after our stay.

Me and my family have just visited the Lees holiday park in Hunstanton , we had a great time and all enjoyed it , we all came for a special reason which was to scatter our mum / nana / great Nana's ashes , staying at the park made our weekend very enjoyable , we loved the fact is was a small park in which all the kids could run around and do their own thing and not have to worry to much about where they are, and the location was great , the weather was great We were made very welcomed to the park when we first arrived and through out our stay , having a family weekend away like we did when there was 22 of us all of us want to come back and do it again next year some evening looking to book separate family weekends away this year Caravans were well maintained Please thank the park owners for the hospitality
