We had a great time here. The living room is so spacious that we never felt cramped. It is so close to the beach it was perfect. Popping out to watch the sunset is a must. we would definitely stay again

caravan was clean and so close to the beach, we had a lovely stay and would happily stay there again. the area was quiet and felt safe, everything we needed was there.

Good centre for exploring North Norfolk. Very suitable for dogs. The master bedroom was a good size. Overall it was clean.

The caravan was homely and clean. More space than I thought and shower was powerful and enjoyable to use. George the care taker is lovely and helpful.

Nothing beats having your first ever family holiday together. So glad we didn't have to venture too far for this one and still managed to enjoy all the perks of sunny Hunny. We could not have asked for more from 2cHolidays their emails & calls put our minds at ease while booking the holiday. Would highly recommend them for your next Holiday experience! Caravan was clean and well kept. Just a couple of minute walk to the beach front and only 10 minutes away from restaurants and bars.

A lovely caravan and perfect for our two nights away with the children.

One of the best things about staying in Hunstanton Beach is that it is incredibly affordable compared to other popular holiday destinations in the UK. The holiday home we stayed in was not only very clean but also very reasonably priced. This meant that we could experience all that Hunstanton Beach had to offer without breaking the bank.

Fast and efficient service with good prices

Lovely van in a perfect spot, just a few steps from the beach. Comfortable and the photos do not do the caravan interior justice.

We went for a long weekend and found this was good value and a good place to go. It had good things to do and was in a good area to get to places like the beach or to eat.

location was perfect, so close to beach, about 3 minutes. I loved the self check in with key in safe type drop box, communication was perfect with informing us about combination number for keys.

Our stay at lees caravan park was absolutely amazing. The caravan was spotless and in very good repair. A lovely family site with most caravans appearing to have children, less thank 2 mins walk from the beach, 15 mins from the fair and 25 mins walk from the center. Great location, great site. Check in/ check out and key collection was very very easy. On a whole a great choice and would stay again.

Booked at the last minute as a base for exploring North Norfolk when most other places were booked up. The caravan itself was a bit dated however for the price, last-minute availability, excellent communication and easy check in/out I can't fault it.

Fantastic stay. Peaceful location with great beach access and nice walks. Caravan was spotless. 10 mins walk to attractions but very peaceful and quiet site. Caravan really spotless ( I re wiped all surfaces/cupboards as have health issues and not a spek of dust anywhere! Spacious accommodation plenty of storage. Outside area has large picnic bench and again spotless. Communication has been amazing. Would recommend for couples, families or anyone who wants a great base location near the sea.

I want to keep this place a secret so nobody else goes because we loved it. The caravan was lovely and very well looked after and clean. The site was quite and well maintained. A short walk from the beach and the town. It was beautiful and already booked to go back to the same site again in a month. Would I recommend, yes, absolutely. Do I want to, no I want to keep it a secret get away with my family. But honestly, if you want a quiet escape and to feel comfortable in a quiet environment and some ducks to feed, then head here please and love it as much as my family and I did.

Quiet site, close to beach - fab in the daytime and at sunset. Town & shops within easy reach. Recommend!

5 of us (youngest aged 16) enjoyed 4 nights at Lees caravan park, caravan no 4. Almost instant beach access via short pathway and over beach wall.. beautiful beach for miles, our parsons jack Russell loved every minute! Site was tidy and well maintained, caravan was clean, a little tired in places, however good value for the price paid. We visited Sandringham park, morston harbour/blakeney harbour.. book a boat trip to see seals from morston harbour.. booking essential. We also enjoyed a lovely walk round Sheringham park.

Lovely location, felt very private and quiet. Great as was within easy walk of the beach which the dog loved!

Such a beautiful caravan and friendly on site help literally across the road from the seaside would definitely come again.

The caravan was warm and comfortable. It had the best shower ever!!!! The caravan was located a stone's throw from the beach and was a quiet and tidy site with room to park two cars. I'm reluctant to say how good it was because I don't want it to be fully booked when we try and return in the future. I couldn't be happier with our stay.

This Carvan is in a great location next to the sea. A short walk to Hunstanton. We were a large group of 3 adults and 4 children. One adult was on the sofa in the lounge. Caravan was generally very clean. There is lots of space to put away clothes and wardrobes. The kitchen is well equipped with kettle, toaster, cooker, fridge and good combi boiler. All work very well. If it was hot as it was when we went I would recommend a fan. Tesco is open till midnight mon- sat. A very short distance away. Hunstanton has a great beach and lots of places to eat and drink. The view restaurant serves food 10.30. Can highly recommend! Hosts responded very quickly and efficiently. All in all good place to stay. Campsite very quiet!

Perfect base for a short break. Caravan ideal and comfortable lovely position for walking the dog too!!! Will be back soon.

Stayed here weekend July 16. Long drive due to traffic but site didn't mind us arriving later (7/8pm) It's a small site but very friendly , the staff on site will help you with anything. Nice and chatty . Nothing is too much to ask. Will definitely try here first before we book anywhere else if we're staying for a weekend. Reasonable charges to stay too .
