I've come every year for the past 4 years. my dog loves it there as do I and the better half. I always feel at peace when im there.

A weekend break to this well kept quiet sight. The "security" caravan on site was a great addition and the man that occupied it was so friendly. 2 minute walk to the beach. Caravan wasn't brand new but perfect for a beach trip. Shower was surprisingly powerful for a caravan.

Caravan was even better than described. Very clean and comfortable. Easily accommodated four adults and a child. Excellent location with beautiful scenery. We will def come back!

We had an amazing time here for a hen do. the house had great facilities and something fun for everyone. the pool was lovely and we recommend the house to anyone.

Lovely stay, great caravan with a brilliant layout on a nice site. The kids loved the bonus of the decking and it was in a good position, close to the entertainment, but not too close.

Lovely homely caravan and in nice peaceful location but not too far away from amenities. Entertainment staff seemed lovely (with good voices!). Loved the outdoor pool and not far from Clacton's lovely sandy beach!

Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay with my wife and mother. My mum particularly enjoyed participating in some things she really wanted to do, such as riding the carousel, paddling in the sea, and visiting the sealife centre. The caravan site was quiet and not far from the beach. The caravan was clean, and the man at the information caravan was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider coming here again in the future.

Who would've thought that such an incredible break would be available just a hour away.

The holiday home itself was nothing short of fantastic. It was comfortable, clean, and well-cared for - a true testament to the pride the owners take in their property. We found the holiday home to be tastefully decorated and equipped with all the amenities in Hunstanton we could possibly need to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this holiday park, and we must say, we were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the accommodation and the nostalgic atmosphere of the seaside town. Nice and Clean. Great location, close to the beach. The beach is quite, good for family.

Last minute booking and just what we needed. Far enough away from the main attractions to be quiet but only 5 minute walk to them. The beach was really close which was great as one of our party has trouble walking distance. Caravan was spacious and had all we needed. Will be booking again.

The Lee's Caravan Park is small and friendly with help at hand if you need it. The beach is less than 2 minutes away and it was wonderful to be able to go back and forth easily. The caravan had an excellent shower and the heating worked well for chillier days. It is advertised as pet-friendly and it was. We enjoyed our holiday there but be aware that the accommodation is pre-loved!

An older caravan but clean and comfortable. Double bed very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and shower was good too. Definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Great location at the quiet South Beach end of Hunstanton. The sea is just over the road, lovely for sunsets. It can sleep 6 but is ideal for 4. Eve and George live on site so that is reassuring and welcoming.

Located minutes from pet friendly beach, much to my dog's delight. Lovely small caravan park, with Eve and George to sort out your queries with a smile at all times. Nice stroll along seafront to Hunstanton, about 10 mins away, passing amusements and fairground rides.

Great little caravan site. Literally just caravans but very good location, literally a 2 minute walk to the beach, 15 minutes into the main tourist part of town which means it's lovely and quiet.

It was very clean and homely. we loved our little stay in this caravan. It was very close to sea. My kids absolutely loved.

Great location, 10 minute walk into centre. 2 mins to the beach. Park limited space for children but didn’t bother us as everything else was so near. Caravan is basic and is the first on the site so a little noisy with passing people and cars. Had our son with us who loved it.

Stayed here for 4 nights visiting relatives. Van was just as expected. A tad superior to the van we had at Heacham though we also thought that was good. This van had central heating though we hit a heatwave & didn't need it a full size cooker & a shower I wouldn't have minded taking home with me. Just minutes away from the beach & the town centre & supermarket only just a bit further on. We'd certainty stay here again

Stayed for one night at the end of the school holidays with one four year old. The caravan was as advertised, with very spacious living area, decent equipped kitchen, and most importantly everything was very clean. Although advertised as dog-friendly we didn't see any sign of dogs in the property. The caravan is on a small, quiet site, perfect distance (for us) from town - close enough to walk, but not noisy.
